Im not sure what my plans for today are. I will probably finish decorating at some point in time and I may do a little shopping. I also have another stagette party tonight! Oh...the outtings that I will be attending over the next few weeks It gets so tiring after a while I would rather stay home tonight but I kind of have to go...so I will.

Ameila** SOunds like you have a plan to attack yourself Sometimes you have to say those kinds of things to get yourself back on track.
Cheryl** Oh man...sorry to hear about your knee! Thats awful!!!! Hope you get out for a run soon!
Cookie** I have some of my decorations up but not all of them. I wasn't in such a hurry last night, I usually want to tackle something and get it over with but I just took my time and it was much less fusturating I took a look at the Dec rotation and it looks really good, I think I am going to follow it except add in a little more cardio. Are you going to do it?
Yesterdays workout was GS B,S&B, abs and Workout #1 from HC Extremem dvd.
BBL! Not sure what todays workout will be...probably just a run and abs.
