Good Morning:)

Up early to get my workout done before I hit the road:) Im looking forward to this now. Got my wallet full of dough and some plastic and I am ready to shop:)

Yesterdays workout was just GS legs and abs. DS woke before I was finished, thought I would squeeze a run in last night but I was to lazy. So Im thinking of doing 4 miles on the TM, them HSC UB with 5 mins runs. Which will bring me to 6 miles on the TM and UB work. I have some major DOMS go'in on!

Cookie** Thats so weird how that scale went down! Thats happened to me before. Not very often (lol) but it as!

Belinda** I bought DD's teacher a gift card from Tim Hortons. What do you buy a male teacher. If it were a female you could buy her flowers or candles but men are hard!Im sure he will use it!

Cheryl** We noticed you were MIA! Figured you were busy with work! How is the clean eating going?

Ameila** I knew you would enjoy MM! Its a great workout isn't it?

Well, this weeks eating went really well. I feel good about it. Sure, I had a couple of treats but nothing over the top. Hopefully I won't undo all my work this weekend!x( I doubt it but I don't think I will get a workout in on Sun, unless I am feeling energetic Sun night. The scale did get down to 121.4 but kind of bounced back up to 122.8...which is o.k cause thats still a 2 lbs loss.

Alright, I have to get this workout started! Hello to everyone else and have a great weekend. If I get a chance i will report in before I leave!

Dang im so happy with that workout:) i forgot to comment on your DD's teacher situation yesterday...i didn't buy my DD's teacher anything either...i didn't know i was suppose to:+. last year was her first year going to school so im new to all of this,LOL!

ok,so i sold SJP/SB yesterday and i need some suggestions on what to buy next. I want a weight workout,im thinking either SS/PP or ME/BC? Which one do you guys use the most or is there another suggestion? Ive got PH/MIS,Pyramids,GS series,MM!

I don't even know how much i weight right now,i haen't weighed in over a week:eek: which is a new record for me,LOL!

I have a new challenge for myself that i started yesterday...to eat clean,and ONLY when im hungry and to watch my portions! I was great yesterday,after the day i was curious to see how many cals i did eat and added it up...it was 1300,and i wasn't hungry any yesterday:eek: so that goes to show you that my mind was playing tricks on me when i was counting cals and trying to get to 1600-1800 and starving all the time.

Lori** nice workout yesterday! You could buy him a sports magazine? It is really hard to buy stuff for a male! Much easier to buy for a girl!

Hi, gals! I slept in and did Warp Weights Week 1/weight workout 2 this morning, then had a mother and daughter spa day with my girl. She had a certificate for a massage and I got a pedicure. Fun!

Lori, my clean eating has gone pretty good but just got much better. Through a company my husband and I are working with we got a breakthrough new supplement that aids fatloss. I'm giving it a good try along with my Warp program for this next 4 weeks. I'm pretty sure from my clothes I'm at about 129 but haven't weighed in weeks -- feeling good about muscles and overall fit of clothes, but still want to drop just 9-10 final pounds!! I'll keep you posted.

Amelia, fun that you earned some money for your sales. I'm the wrong person to ask about what to buy next. I love Cathe's fun dancy cardio and intervals as a good complement to what I expect STS to include. Cathe's workouts make cardio so much fun. I'm loving those coupled with 4-6 all out cardio intervals in Warp these days.

I like Step Works, Low Max, Imax2, HIS/LIS, just to name a few. Have I enabled you enough???
