Lori** LMAO about your hang over! Been here, done that! If it makes you feel better a few months ago in Italy ,I was drunk from drinking to much wine! LOL! I can’t drink a lot either! How is your DH uncle doing? I totally agree with Kristine on the issues with your friend! I don’t think you have any problems with your upcoming race! I will be behind you and cheering you on! Enjoy your long run today! Make it a good one!

Cookie** thanks for asking about my sister! She is doing better. Sorry you being under a lot of stress lately! Hope your mandatory high-level meeting was stress free last week?

Good Morning!

I am sooo glad that yesterday is over:confused: I wasn't well all day! In the past, whenever I drank to much, I would feel better later in the day. But in really stuck with me yesterday and I knew I needed a good nights sleep to get over it. I tell ya, it will be a while before I have another drink:rolleyes: Ick!

Belinda** Have fun with your workout! I am aiming for 20 k today, and hopefully by myself. I feel bad when I don't take DS cause Im sure he likes to go but I would really like to time myself today. With that being said, we are suppose to have rain today:mad: I may end up doing something in the house and going for my long run tomorrow!

Today is Step Blast and Day 1 Week 2 of the PU Challenge ( again ) ...I'm repeating the week, which is cool, I half expected I'd struggle at some point...lol

Belinda- Have fun with whatever workout you choose! What's dinner looking like tonight? lol

Lori- Sounds like you had one h*ll of a friday night!! (I've been mia, so I might go check out yesterday's thread...lol)

Hey girls! Im home with the kids today and the laundry:rolleyes:

Belinda-At my job yesterday they had me in the front,which is where im suppose to be but last saturday I was in medical records...that was ALOT more fun:confused: OMG,I had no idea that the front desk person had SO MUCH resonsibility:eek: It was fun.....just in 'another' way:rolleyes: it was VERY fast paced and hectic:confused: and get this....NO BREAKS...i never got a break once? And when I work there on tuesday and wednesday(lord help me:confused:) I won't get ANY breaks,i will have to eat my lunch right there at the front desk. Whats up with that jazz? I don't care, really....im just excited to have given the chance:D this is but a mere stepping stone for me;) Great job with your workout yesterday....enjoy your cardio today,Whatch'a doing?

Lori,oh Lori....I know the feeling! The only thing that helps me with a hangover is water,lots and lots of water:confused: Enjoy your run today!

Hey to everybody!

My back SUCKS...it just SUCKS:mad: STill hurts. My DH tried to rub out the knot or whatever the hell it is last night and he said he felt an inflamation in the spot im hurting at...it like a lump in my muscles or somthing...I still don't know what I did to it? I can't go to the doctor...DH'es insurance hasn't kicked in yet so i will just have to deal with it:confused::mad: but I refuse to not workout so today will be a run interval on the TM and hopefully i can walk cassie girl later,HOPEFULLY if DH gets home at a decent hour!

I do have some good news:D I peeked at the scale this morning aaaannnndddd......179.8 WHOOHOO im below 180 FINALLY after almost a year in the 180's, guess myfitnesspal is working;) I mean REALLY all im doing is counting calories and eating those exercise cals....i think thats what was hurting me before,not eating the exercise cals...

Hello again all! Finished with Step Blast and push ups.....I sort of don't do all of the Challenge, I just fast forward to the blasts, because honestly? I can't do the whole step routine 3 times without my mind wandering.........I get bored easily, and then I lose focus, and then I trip on the step, and then I fall over, and then I get pissed.......:eek: lol

Amelia- Sounds like your job is proving to be challenging ( and hopefully in a good way!!) That's weird that you dont get a break at all (i'm assuming you can use the ladies room right?)...... So when I started the pushup challenge, I could only do 8 as well! But with this program, they are done in sets, and I'm doing week 2 for the second time because I strugged with it last week....the last day of that week the reps looked like this 12/13/10/10/maxed at 15 with 2 min. rest in between sets...I BARELY made it!!!! So that is where i am..........repeating the entire week, but I don't care because it's not a race.....someday I will be able to do 100!!

Amelia! I went on such a tangent about the damn pushups, I meant to say THANK YOU for your compliment and CONGRATTTSS on your weightloss!!!! And I meant to tell you that I was thinking of maybe trying the foam rollers........for when i'm tight or have a knot, etc..............just a thought, I know you are having issues with your back :(
 
Iris-wow,impressive about the push-ups....Awesome girl! I forgot about the foam rollers.....i will have to see if I can find some cheap somewhere....since im such a 'cheapskate";):D They very well may help me!
 
Hey Girls!

Back from my run. I did 20k in 1:40 mins which is the time I am aiming for on race day. The wind was pretty high during some parts of the run so Im hoping for no wind on race day:)

Ameila** Yeah on the scale! You must be sooo happy! Sorry to hear your back is still bothering you though.

Iris** Good job with the workout...got a bit of ADD do we???:eek: My mind always wonders when i am working out. Thats the only way I can get through it!

Belinda** Good job with the workout!

Now my stomach is killing me...geez..I wonder why??
