Lori: LOL, you want some details of my downfall do ya? So I went to TJM thanks to Trish doing some enabling. Left with no Cathe weight ball, but three outfits for DD, a skirt for
moi , a quilt for DDs bed (she was using an old ugly blue one from DHs' college days...) some spices and some toys. I was hungry when I got home. Dug in to two wraps with Hummus. Then I made myself eat a big salad with tons of veggies. Then the breaded and fried shrimp and mozarella sticks sitting if DD and DS' plates were talking to me (com on, just a taste, you know you want to). Well I had to shut them so polished that off. By then, DH took chocolate out for the kids..... So I had a couple pieces of
my healthier dark chocolate. But then I had a couple more......But you know, the kid's milk chocolate is really much better, so I had a couple of theirs, and a couple more, and then, there was the grand finale: two last pieces of chocolate in a croissant. There you have it. Now I am sitting at work, not even feeling bad, thinking this was a great cheat and I enjoyed it. So now that it's done with, I can go back to plan! RIGHT?!!!! You bet! Hope you get Insanity.
Belinda: Glad you are feeling a little better and sorry to hear that the stretching was painful. Stretching is one of the things I had to learn all over again. It turns out that since I am quite flexible, I was hurting myself going too deeply into stretches, especially in Yoga. I had to learn to engage my lower back muscle to protect my lower back. And I am super careful when I do deadlifts to do the same thing. If you think you have something similar I can share more. It sounds like yours is a bit higher that my usual trouble spot though. I really hope you are feeling much better by the time you get those MRI results.

OK, I am at work after all. Gotta jet. No workout yet for me today yet, for sure will do one tonight since yesterday was a rest day and since I ate enough fuel for a workout last night
