Hi and good morning,

Yesterday I did Total Body stretching, that wasn't a good idea! I didn't forced anything and my back was on fire! I can't wait until tomrrow to get the final results, at least I know what I can do and shouldn't do:rolleyes:

I wll try to go for a longer walk today, I am going crazy! Went with my dogs yesterday, but they started to pull me:( so today I am going alone. DH has to go to work. I still will take it easy.

I was the last one to checkin last night so I won't have much to say today;)

I set my alarm to workout but I was to lazy! I couldn't get to sleep last night b/c I had a cup later in the evening then i should have. Thats what I am going to blame it on anyway. I normally go to bed and go right to sleep but at 12'ish I was in stitches laughing with a story DS told me. I then decided to get up at 6:30 to work out but now DS is up...so its all down here from here:rolleyes: So in order to get out of here on time and in a stress free enviroment, I think I will put off my workout until tonight and if it doesn't get done I will take a rest day.

Belinda** My Dog(s) were wicked for pulling. Chico never was a good walker. I think he was to big and needed to run on his own. If i think about him hard enough I can still smell him and feel him:( We have started to take a liking to charlie though. He was always the *hit disturber and he couldn't never do anything right. He was a chewer and a pisser..:D Not funny when it was a new pair of shoes! Anyway, since chicos passing we have come to find out that he isn't that bad! The only thing that irritates us is the fact that he barks out of no where without warning and he scares the crap out of us!

So here we go again...hope Insanity arrives today! LOL How many times have I said that? If it does I will probably try do one of those workouts tonight. I have to work all day and then I have a dental apt at 6! Ick!

Lori: LOL, you want some details of my downfall do ya? So I went to TJM thanks to Trish doing some enabling. Left with no Cathe weight ball, but three outfits for DD, a skirt for moi , a quilt for DDs bed (she was using an old ugly blue one from DHs' college days...) some spices and some toys. I was hungry when I got home. Dug in to two wraps with Hummus. Then I made myself eat a big salad with tons of veggies. Then the breaded and fried shrimp and mozarella sticks sitting if DD and DS' plates were talking to me (com on, just a taste, you know you want to). Well I had to shut them so polished that off. By then, DH took chocolate out for the kids..... So I had a couple pieces of my healthier dark chocolate. But then I had a couple more......But you know, the kid's milk chocolate is really much better, so I had a couple of theirs, and a couple more, and then, there was the grand finale: two last pieces of chocolate in a croissant. There you have it. Now I am sitting at work, not even feeling bad, thinking this was a great cheat and I enjoyed it. So now that it's done with, I can go back to plan! RIGHT?!!!! You bet! Hope you get Insanity.

Belinda: Glad you are feeling a little better and sorry to hear that the stretching was painful. Stretching is one of the things I had to learn all over again. It turns out that since I am quite flexible, I was hurting myself going too deeply into stretches, especially in Yoga. I had to learn to engage my lower back muscle to protect my lower back. And I am super careful when I do deadlifts to do the same thing. If you think you have something similar I can share more. It sounds like yours is a bit higher that my usual trouble spot though. I really hope you are feeling much better by the time you get those MRI results.

Trish: Well good morning. Enjoy your workout! Enjoy watching your little one going back to school. Is she your youngest?

Amelia: Enjoy CC5. I was looking on the CC website and wondering if I were to try one which one would I get? I think I will try one. If you have suggestions I'd love to hear them.

OK, I am at work after all. Gotta jet. No workout yet for me today yet, for sure will do one tonight since yesterday was a rest day and since I ate enough fuel for a workout last night :p

Ugh!! I feel like a big 'ole tub of goo:confused: I have the cold...and its coming full force now. Headache is creeping in, feels like I am half a sleep and I feel the need to throw up:rolleyes: I don't get like this very often...thank God! Im hoping this coffee will help with some of my symtoms. I will only be to happy to get outta here this evening.

Trish** Nice to see ya so early! Glad I could amuse you. Its not funny though when I you are trying to get supper ready and have cookies in the oven. It feels like one disaster after another sometimes!:p I made peanut butter brownies yesterday!!!

Ameila** Have a good workout. I don't know if I have CC #5, I thought I bought 2-8 but I don't remember that one. Prehaps I didn't burn it but it could be sitting on the computer. I put my cc workouts on dvd not on my ipod.

DS wasn't to difficult to drop off at the sitters. I had to take my shoes off and stay for a minute but then he started playing with the dog and I disappeared. I called when I got to work and she said that he didn't even notice me gone:eek::D Im secretly happy about that.

Helene** Thanks for the full details:p I have had some bad days but its been a while. I remember one time....a long time ago, I was waiting for DH and I had a box of halloween bars keeping my company while I waited!:confused: Im not sure how many I ate...but they were great company. I think I was sick afterwards. Hope you have a good day at work!

Weird...I just had a dizzy spell. This weird feeling came over me! I suppose I will make it through the day without falling down and cracking my head open!

Good morning girls,

I just took a spin class the instructor is real good. I'm going to have a protein shake and off to work. Last night I fried up some eggplant (I usually bake) and my stomach was killing me all night. I dreamed I was giving birth:eek:

Belinda - Sorry to hear the stretching didn't work out. It seems like walking doesn't bother you:) hopefully the Dr. will give you guidelines on what you can and cannot do.

Lori - Yesterday's post had me cracking up. Too funny about DH maybe he was sereneding you:). I think DS is hanging out with the dogs too much:eek: You should have caught that on video and showed him when he is older LOL.

Trish - You posted early today. Good luck with DD's 1st day of school. That's one way to get the iphone:) My DS told me you can only have 1 per plan not sure if that's true.

Amelia - Have fun with CC5 today. Staggering calories sounds interesting. I remember someone at the gym once telling me about it except she called it zigzaging.

Helene - Got a kick at reading about your day. We all have one of those days sometimes too often:p It does make me want to go to TJM and I have a credit there:)

Cookie - The wedding sounds like it went well. My highlights do appear darker. I just got Kelley's DVD's today too. Are you going to use as an add on?

Iris - Are you packed yet? We didn't have to bring a bathing suit to the roadtrip will you?

I just finished my workout and shower. I did ccv5 then about 20 mins of stretchmax#2. I burned right at 500 cals total...70mins. Ive got to buy another mp3 player or ipod. during the last 5mins of my workout,the volume kept going down and i had to keep pushing it....ugh

Trish-There is a TJM not too far from here...i may go see if they have any Cathe stuff saturday...you guys are such enablers:p.

Debbie-Great job on your spin class. LOL at your dream, im sorry your stomach hurt all night :(

Lori-In CCV5 he ask if your the "lion or the Gazelle"...remember? Its one of my favorites...also like #4. I hope your dizzy spell goes away. scary!

Helened-What workout are you doing? My favoriet CC's are volume's 4,5,6. What is so nice about Cardio Coach is that you can work at your own level. I need to get #7 and 8 and press play. Im waiting on a sale...he had a 5$ sale last year(or the year before) it was so nice.

Hello again.

Well it's nice to be home after a long day. Now here I am sitting on the couch with a full belly (all reasonable this time :D). Hopefully I can digest, go workout, and somehow still have some energy to get some work done.....

Amelia: Thanks for the CC info. Maybe I will wait and see if they do it again (the $5 CC workouts). I don't have any of them yet, but since my TM died, I am not in a hurry. You did get a nice workout in today with CC5. It seems the be a favorite. For now, all my workouts are Cathe DVDs including STS and a few other kickboxing tapes. I also do yoga but mostly at a yoga place.

Lori: Are you doing any better? I always find that I'm better when I leave work :).

Deb: I am hoping to join the YMCA soon and I am for sure going to try a spin class. My kids are at the daycare through the YMCA so I have to pay a subscription regardless for them. I think we're going to upgrade to family.
