Good Morning!

Ugh....I stayed up waaay to late last night. Its a good thing I fell asleep when I put DS to bed! We played cards and it didn't end until 12:30! Oh...and I also ate waaay to much! I didn't have much for dinner cause I wasn't hungry but I made up for it last night!

So Insanity FINALLY arrived! I haven't had a chance to sit down and read through everything yet though. It looks tough and I can't wait to start a rotation using these dvds but that will have to wait until Oct month.

Today workout is going to be a run of course. Im not sure if I will take DS or get my mom to watch him.

Belinda** Woo Hoo on the weightloss! How did you manage that one? Enjoy whatever workout you decide to do today.

Ameila** Good job at sticking to those cals. Sometimes it can be a bit rough b/c you have to suck it up and be hungry, but Im sure you have felt that way before considering all the weight you have lost!:eek:

Deb** I think we all have a tendency to spend way to much money:) I think if I had a 30% of coupon I would have been thinking...'"thats almost 50% off";)

Iris**When do you leave for your trip? I haven't signed up for the course just yet. DH and I were going to do some more research but we haven't had time to sit down together:confused: He is busy at work and has to go away on sunday...so now he is working even harder to get stuff done before he leaves.

Helene** Meetings till 10...yuck! Will you get a workout in?

My mom is here so I better go see what she is doing. Then Im gonna get my arse in gear and work off some of the stuff I ate yesterday!!

Good Morning

Since MM hasn't came yet(was finally shipped yesterday:rolleyes:) im going to do BM2 upper body + all the leg conditioning drills. I may do some extra sets of squats if i feel I need to.

Belinda-how was your workout?

Lori-Enjoy your run. Ive got another lower calorie day tomorrow:confused: It really isn't bad...i think i just 'think' about to much therefore making myself hungry:rolleyes: Did you see The biggest loser tuesday night? It was good...

:) Good Morning Ladies.

Yesterday I ended up doing SuperSets and had a great workout....today will be a Couch to 5k run.... I work a double today (until 11:30 pm) and have to be BACK at 6am for a breakfast and then work my normal shift until 5:00.....:eek: I should just leave an air mattress there...:confused: And next week is even worse...... my partner is on vacation, my boss's mom is having surgery, the other girl went to one shift/week....and then there's me. The money will be good, and Mom says dont' worry about it because she's down and out anyways :(, and it will be good before Daytona, but I can't afford to get sick........that's what I'm worried about. Ok I'm done rambling

Amelia- Have fun w/ BM2!

Lori- Woohoo! Glad your package finally arrived!! I am leaving Oct. 22nd :cool:

Deb- How was shopping?? I love Kohls.

Helene- I'm sorry work is getting in the way of workouts!! Hopefully things will settle down for you soon. And I know what you mean about pushing back on the doctor's and that's exactly what we intend on doing if it doesn't get any better. It's good to know that I"m not the only one who has weird dreams!! lol


I probably won't be back until tomorrow night *sigh*

Sorry, I forgot to post my workout this morning. Took the dogs for a very, very long walk.

Lori, LOL! Well, didn’t you see my cal. burn when I do the TC, girlfriend? I took on the 10 pound challenge, since I can’t lift any weight right now; I have to eat super clean. 15 more pounds and I am at my goal weight. Work that arse!

Amelia, I couldn’t stick to those low cal., I eat every 2-3 hours. I have too! I am so proud of you, girl. You are doing better than I am. Have fun with BM UB today.

Debbie, what did you buy in Kohl’s? I love that store with all the sales.

Iris, nice job with SS last night. Yuck, you gonna have a lot of shifts! Great job, keeping up with your workouts.

Helene, hope work is gonna slow down for you soon and you get your workouts in.

Workout done! I did stretchmax3 too...didn't burn alot though, only 253...but i 'burned' while doing the workout;)

Belinda-WTG on your workout. I have to eat every 2-3hrs too...i eat 5 small meals throughout the day. Seems to keep me satisfied. What you doing seems to be working too, WTG on your weightloss girl!

Oh my GOODNESS! Just finished 4DSUB! I can't remember that workout being so tough!:eek: My arms feel sooo weak right now!:confused: I am gonna be sore tomorrow, thats forsure!!! But we like it that way!!

Im trying to decide if I should go out for a run...not sure my arms can push the stroller right now, or try out one of my new workouts. The problem with that is DS is downstairs and I may get interupted during my workout:confused:. I had to stop for a break b/c I am starving!

Belinda** I didn't know that you took on a new challenge. I had to laugh when you said "kick that arse"! LOL To funny!!!

Ameila** Ah...you will be o.k, just keep yourself busy thats all. I know sometimes we think about stuff way to much and then that just makes it all worse.

Iris** Geez...I hope you don't get sick either. Crack on the vitamins! Thats usually what happens when we run ourselves thin...the cold ends up sneaking in.

Good morning girls,

I went to the gym and did a high rep/low weight class it was good. I hope to get STS chest & shoulders in after work.

Belinda - I bought pillows, placemats, pyrex. I also bought Sketcher's sneakers called shape-ups. They are supposed to shape your leg & give you good posture . . . not sure if it's a gimmick but I'm such a sucker for those things (at least that's what DH tells me:p). Did you see the 2nd Dr. yet?

Lori - I picture card parties to be men smoking cigars and drinking hard liquor:p Do you play for money? I can't wait to hear your reviews of Insanity (maybe I can get for Christmas:)).

Amelia - I hope you get MM by the weekend, I love that workout.

Iris - Sounds like you'll have plenty of $$ for Daytona except you'll need to rest up 1st.

Helene - You have a busy day too. It's funny when you move furniture how the dust bunnies come out, they lurk in small corners:D

Cookie - Glad to hear your shoulder is better.

Trish - Sounds like your enjoying spin. Do you ever go on your lunchbreak?

Another OH MY GOODNESS! Just finished one of the new workouts and Im not even sure which one it was. I think it was cardio and abs...anyway...it a goodie! I was sweating buckets...and that was just the warm up!:eek: Its nice to see everyone in the workout took a break from time to time, you have to in order to catch your breath! These workouts are for the faint of heart....no wonder it comes with a fit test!

Deb** Good job with your workout! We play for nickels and my stash of nickels is getting awfully low~ Now cigars or drinks...just diet p and lots of junk food:confused:

I am hoping to get CC#3 done tonight after DS goes to bed~

Lori, how can you possibly do an insanity wo, 4ds and a run? Are you human?
Iris, sorry you have so many shifts right now. A pain mgmt specialist is a dr who is assigned to a patient just to monitor and mg the amount of pain meds. Your mother's dr should be able refer her to one. I saw a billboard today that a local vet even has pain mgmt for pets!
Amelia, how long was that wo? It sounds tough. Do you have B&G? Think you would enjoy the torture in that one - especially firewalkers.

Deb, I meant to congratulate you on the new bed. How high is yours? Mine comes up to my waist. Do you need a step stool? JK
Helene, sorry you have such a long day. I can relate since it sounds like many of mine. Get your rest.
Did B&G and forgot how it works and works ya good. Hope I'm up for cardio in the am after it. Last night I did not sleep good at all, so I'm gonna go read the paper and relax so hopefully my eyes will not have suitcases under them tomorrow.
