Belinda, I don't know how you are without much sleep, but it really catches up with me. I get even more forgetful, and just feel sort of overwhelmed. Plus I hate to confess, but then I have even less patience for stupid things. You'll need another good night's sleep after Imax 3 that's a calorie expender.
Amelia, I think you should take it easy with your back. Continue with powerwalks and maybe try some yoga. Yeah, I know, I do think that is a four-letter word but I'm working on learning to like it. Have you tried any Alleve for it?
Lori, we did ballroom dancing a few years ago. Gee, must be more like 12 now that I think of it. My husband was pretty good, but it really was just an excuse for us to get out and away from the kids. We should do it again. I'll have to look for a course in the spring to help us get ready for the son's wedding next October. Thanks for the idea.

Trish, my butt is still sore! How did you hurt your back? Good idea to hold off on DM until it is better. Yeah, so much of that first day stuff is redundant. I'm with you - put it up online. Isn't it funny that we talk about taking a walk as an easy day for us, when most others (non-Cathe informed individuals) think of it as major exercise.
Apparently, I have piriformis and bursitis. Went to the ortho, and he sent me on to a chiro. Have to go back tomorrow for a session with the chiro. The ortho told me I'm off kilter and really need an alignment. Then the chiro said I was like a BMW since I'm in really good shape but need an alignment. Guess it is better than being compared to a really old car like an Edsel or some animals like an elephant. I also have bursitis in my shoulder on the same side so I must really be off kilter! It really bothers me to drive my standard car and doing kickboxing. The car I really don't care about but KPC I love.
Well since I did DM UCB on Saturday, I'm thinking of Cardio Fusion for tomorrow. Guess I'll try to follow Debbie's Sept rotation. Any other ideas?
Stopped at the library and picked up a couple more Jodi Piccoult books. No housework will be done for a while now...
