Good Morning~!

I had a good nights sleep....I didn't go to bed until 12 and DS woke ME up...(ME not DH....its always ME!) at 7:30. I don't think I moved last night and thats probably why I feel rested.

Im not sure what my workout will be today. I need to do back and I can get that done in the a.m...the cardio is the problem with DS around. It may have to wait until tonight or if DH comes home at lunch time. I would love to go running with my running partner b/c she has to do her long run today (training for a marathon) but thats not gonna happen either.

We are suppose to have snow today and alot of it. It looks rather dreary out there.

I will bbl!

Belinda: Hummmm a masage sounds wonderful. Enjoy!

Amelia: Enjoy BC. Those drills are a lot of fun (if ya're in the mood for them ). I sometimes do the KB and BC cardio only premix. That always gets me good and it's all without a step which is kind of fun!

Lori: Well DD got up at midnight but DH got her. So it's not always me. Of course, I was sleeping in another room (I'm in the non-stop coughing protection program, I'm the only one without it and I'd like to get my rest!).

Iris: Well I told you I would do LowMax but surfed too much. Ended up doing 4DS LIS only and the triceps from yesterday that I hadn't done.

Good Morning Ladies.

Today is Day 2 of the crazy weekend...but I'm going in around 12 or 1 instead of 10 today, and working until 11:30 again. I hope it's busy today..... I can't remember who asked off the top of my head but Breeders' Cup is one of the biggest horse racing days of the year (I'd say aside from the Kentucky Derby). I'm going to try and squeek out Imax 2 or 3 in a bit. Yesterday I ended up burning 450 cals doing RS. I was happy with that!

Update on the man situation....possible "date" next week...maybe...big maybe...lol I was telling a co-worker yesterday that it would be a bad idea to see someone who has a bigger ego than I do. She said it could be fun, I said yeah maybe in a violent kind of way.

Amelia- Hope you have a great workout, but how are you feeling?? I remember you kind of had a hard time yesterday.

Lori- I know what you mean about having a new outfit from top to bottom!! LOL I am the same way! Which is probably why I have sooo many shoes!

Deb- Ooooohhhhh so did it get ugly at work yesterday?? Gotta love them days!!

Cookie-How are you feeling today???? Can you take a few days off work and rest up and de-stress??? The fact that you haven't done MIC twice this week must mean you are definitely not feeling well!! (((((Hugs)))))

So I ended up changing my mind and did Hardcore Extreme #1 with the Imax intervals and HSC circuit....it was kind of half-a**ed cuz I'm kind of beat, and I didn't want to go all out cardio today...but I burned 462 cals...and I'm very happy with that!!

Hallo girls,

I am finally done with my workout. I almost talked myself out of working out, I had no energy today. So I decided to do an easy workout, I pulled out Total Body Sculpting! Well, it wasn’t that easy. I had the crazy idea, to do each set 3 times. My UB wasn’t so happy with that, lol! I used 10’s and 8’s, my UB was on fire. I tried to go up in weight, but the beat is to fast, so I dropped the weight. Great workout!

I will shower and eat some dinner (yes, it’s that time), after that I will be back!

Hi Girls,

Late check-in for me I ended up going to the gym and doing Zumba. Problem at work still not resolved. My boss ended up coming to one of my stores and was very happy with the set-ups. Bigger problems at home, we took my younger son's car away except for school & work. We're not happy with him

Belinda - I sure could use a foot massage. Sometimes when you don't feel like working out you end up having your best workouts

Amelia - Any cheat meals planned this weekend

Lori - I always love the 1st few snowstorms but after that not so much Have fun at your wedding.

Helene - I hope you survived work today. Have fun with your workouts this weekend.

Helene, I also did KB/BC premix a lot, so much fun! That one gets your HR up! I love the 4DS. Nice job with LIS today.

Iris, WTG, on RS and HCE ! Glad you still keeping up with your busy work schedule.

Debbie, sorry to hear about your problems at work. Sorry, about your son is giving your problems on top! Boy’s, I tell you! Hope the Zumba helped.
