My WI went well this morning, down 2.2lbs...feels great!

Today is 4ds Kickbox/legs&core. Im going to do that yoga core workout instead of 4ds.

Amelia: Awesome. You are so encouraging losing weight week after week like that. Your hard work is being rewarded! I forgot, but how much longer are you doing the 4DS rotation?

Lori: Yeah, it wasn't too hard to push through mentally, but it was physically that wasn't following yesterday. I'm not sure what I will do today. But it's the weekend so I usually want to take advantage. And I will try smiling, and think of you running 15,5 kms. WOW! That's awesome. Glad you were able to run outside despite the wind. Hope that hockey game was good.

Well weigh-in went well too. I lost 3.1 so that's good. I'll have to go change my ticker. :cool:

Good Morning!

Im not going to make it through this day on only 4 hours of sleep. The last 4 people left at 4 and DS was awake at 8 :confused: Could have been worse...could have been 6 or 7! :eek: Im letting DS sleep now and if I want, I will go back to bed when he gets up:) I only had 3 coolers from 9-4....so Im not hungover....just tired! I think I need more foffee.

So there are no plans here today.I am thinking about putting up the tree today. I have a artifical one in the family room and a real one in the living room. Obviously I cant put up the real one although its nice to put both of them up at the sametime cause I get confused with what ornaments go where!

Im not sure what my workout will be today. If I do anything it will be just cardio and abs and will be done after nap time!

Helene** What workout did you decide to do? Its snowing here now so no running outside for me today. Oh...I hear feet upstairs...could DH be up??? Im on my 2nd cup of coffee but gonna stop cause I want to go back to bed soon. Awesome job with the weight loss!

Hey girls, im a sweaty mess so this will be short. I just finished my workout..it was good but agian,i was low on energy. Im glad tomorrow is a rest day. Did the biggest loser weightloss yoga core segment(which is still a challenge) then 4ds kickbox + legs. Didn't get all the leg workout in, just ran out of energy. Burned 450 in 1:16mins.

Tonight is dinner and a movie, lol, its been a long time since ive went out with my dh without the kids AND to see a movie. Last movie we saw in theaters was lord of the rings,the last one they made.(his choice:rolleyes:)

Lori-i hope you get you nap in today, have fun putting up the tree! Were putting ours up soon too. The kids love helping..

Helened-Whoohoo on your 3.1 loss, that is wonderful!So happy for you! Im in my second week of the 4ds rotation...

Ameila** Good job with your workout. Enjoy date night with DH! My date night is going to consist of going to bed and going to sleep! hehe!

I kicked DH out of bed at 11 and I slept off and on until 1. I felt much betteer when I woke up but of course b/c of it I feel as if I have done nothing all day! I did do abs and a 5 mile run on the TM though and 3 loads of laundry. Maybe it was productive then I thought! hehe!

Amelia: Nice workout. Always good when you can write you are a sweaty mess :D Well done.

Lori: Sounds like a good day to me. 5 miles and 3 loads of laundry plus abs will get the job done I think.

Ended up doing BM2 scrambled eggs and really pushed it. I got into it as much as possible and smiled and sang along when I was feeling pooped. It went well. 755 calories. But man, was I hungry this afternoon! I also did 3 loads of laundry and went to the park with the kids, but we came home a bit early because it was cold out.

Amelia, will you dh go with you to True Moon? My DD and her friend saw Planet 51 - said it was okay. Hope you enjoy your date night.
Belinda, you deserve a rest day. Hope it was a great one.
Lori, you must have felt beat. I can't recall the last time I was up til 4! I've done 2 quite a bit, but not 4 in a very long time. Glad you got a nap in.
Helene, good idea on the smiling thru - I think it helps me also. Did it seem like we did one section three times during Scrambled Eggs? It was long. Perhaps you're tired from doing double workouts.
Iris, how are you doing?
Deb, so how's the oven(s) working? Our agreement is who cooks shouldn't do clean up. My dh told me tonight I don't need two ovens, I need two dishwashers! What's on the menu for Thursday?
Yesterday did Scrambled Eggs and today was Drill Max on 8" step. Wanted to get in a walk, but friends stopped by. When they left it was too dark out. Squeezing in yoga is helping my shoulder and piriformis! Hard to believe six months ago, I truly thought of it as a four-letter word.
