Good morning ladies,

Today I will start my new rotation! Still not sure which one I will end up doing? I also plan on doing yoga 3x a week!

DH is doing so much better! I am so glad!
 
Good Morning!

Im up early to get my workout in again, not sure how I am going to pull this one off. My head feels like it had enough sleep but my body doesn't seem to want to move!:eek: And really...thats what I needs to move!:confused: Prehaps when I get started? LOL Im looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow morning.

Yesterdays eating was good but dinner was salty:eek: (shake and bake)...so I won't go near the scale for a couple of days cause its probably up and then I will just get discouraged and stop counting those stupid cals:) My hands even feel tight.

So....Im still not sure what my workout will be. I was going to do a straight run but I usually don't have the energy for that first thing in the morning.

Belinda** So you decided on that rotation? Glad to hear DH is doing better. Im assuming the kids are coming home for Christmas? I bet you are looking forward to that.

Well, all of the gifts I ordered last week should soon be arriving in the mail:)I love getting parcels...even though I had to pay for them;)

Ameila** Its a good idea to get back on track before Santa comes. There are so many parties to go to and soooo much food! Im not sure how I pull it off but I always lose weight Christmas time. Im thinking that I just don't stop and thats why I lose it. Weird I know!

Cookie** I have to admit...I giggled a little when I read that you didn't turn on the crock pot!:eek::p You must have been sooo ticked! LOL Hope you got a better sleep last night. Oh and NO...they didn't pick me!:mad:The other person had sweaters to give them...how do you compete with that?:confused: I came back and told my boss so now he is ordering shirts and sweaters to give away:eek:

O.k....enough putting off this workout!

I decited to do Cathe's rotation, I liike it since I still get a run in! I did High Step Training, it was a lot of fun! I was sweating buckets! I did keep the weight light on back excerises! So far my back feels fine! I also will do yoga tonight. Need to keep up with my stretches! Right!

After I am done cleaning my house, I will be back for personals!
 
Belinda** Nice workout! I forgot that you hurt your back:confused: glad to hear you are feeling better!:)

I managed to get a 5 mile run in and PUB chest and abs. It was a good sweatfest. My belly is hurting though....Im hoping this coffee is going to do the trick;)

Morning girls!

Today's workout cleaning up my Aunts yard....she has nothing but tree's in her yard so if you can imagine the leaves:confused: She's paying good too:cool: I may also walk my cassie girl today too...she's giving me those little pitiful eyes agian,lol

The scale said(yes,it speaks to me:rolleyes:) that I was down 2.8 this morning....i drank like a horse yesterday,alteast a gallon of water!:confused: I can't wait to get below the 180's. Right now im at 181.2....my lowest weight was 179.8 before i went whacko and fell off the wagon:rolleyes::rolleyes:

My DD has a thanksgiving dinner/lunch at her school this morning and ive already decided that im bringing a pb+j sandwich ;) there is no-way im going off my diet for school cafeteria food:confused:( i ate it all through school and i don't have to now;))

Belinda, how's your back? Did the yoga help or hurt it? I wish I was a fan of yoga, but to me it is four-letter word. I just never want to do it. You know how you can think of a workout for a few day's before you do it on the rotation, well, I never think oh good I have yoga on Friday. Well, I can tell you I have LowMax on Friday, and I can't wait. Gonna do it with my med ball and sweat a lot. Anyway, how was the video? Perhaps it is the one that will change my mind.

Amelia, boy you are doing good. Honestly, my downfall in life and diet is not cookies, but bread. Not any bread, but a really good bread, and I've found one at my local grocery store and I could eat the whole loaf. My husband picked up a loaf and I had to literally close the bag up and walk away. That was after three slices - 130 calories each. See even knowing the calorie count doesn't stop me. But I'm going to drink more water tomorrow and only eat two slices of the bread in the morning.

Lori, sweaters preferred to our Energizer Bunny?!! What is the world coming to? This morning I remembered to turn the crockpot on and the soup was very good. Went well with the bread I was chatting about above. I really dislike coming home at 7 pm and having to start dinner then. If I have a plan for what it will be, its bearable.

Well, once again, I didn't sleep well last night. I'm going to sign off now so I can read the paper and then go to bed. I'm thinking if I get to sleep before my hub comes in perhaps I'll have a better night's sleep. The problem is when I wake up in the night I don't get any work done, just read. So work just keeps piling up.... Someday I'll drown in an avalanche of papers.
