Amelia, it must be you're also having great weather today. Did you get your wo in? I was thinking about what you were saying regarding eating. I also sabotage (sic?) myself with it. WO great and then slip up with the eating. For me, I really do think I must have a sugar problem, plus the inner belief that I'll never be what I want so why try to get there - and that's what must be doing me in. Shall we make a pact to eat clean for three weeks? That's how long they say it takes for a habit to kick in. I've done it before, but then I'll get stressed out over something and fall back off the wagon. I sound like I need AA! Well, maybe SA - sugar anonymous, of FA for food.
Deb, your instructor from yesterday sounds great. Is she going to another gym when this one closes? Perhaps you should look into following her. Have you tried any of Jillian's dvds? I haven't and would be curious to hear your review if you have. I'm looking at ordering a couple of Kelly Coffey's for inspiration on my SA problem.
Where the heck did Lori run off to? The pollen is what keeps me from wanting to go outdoors. My allergies are wicked today.
Trish, hope your DH had a wonderful birthday. Glad to hear your knee is doing to well. I love the rush from plyo so I hope my knees hold out for quite a long time.
Off to do a kettlebell wo. Would love to go for a walk with the dogs, but I'll have to check the pollen again. This has been a very challenging week - work has had numerous issues, disagreement with a son, and one of my dogs died. I need a good sweat.
