Cookie: S90 I do most pushups/planks with weights in my hands. I have to because I've had issues with my wrists for 3 years and this works great. I'm in the habit now.

I'm totally loving CLX. Did it again this morning. They are short workouts and I realize now I was also stressed because I was working out too hard (likely a combination of the time it took to get them in and the fact that they were maybe tiring me out too much). No enabling here.

Did CLX Burn circuit 3 this morning. It was not as challenging as the other two which means that I need to up my weights next time.
