Morning everyone,
Sorry I didn't post yesterday. You guys are getting shortchanged because I have to post at BFFM also to keep my thread alive.
Belinda: Well, I don't know what to write to you. Lori thinks we're all the same person

Just kidding. Nice workouts. You are almost making me want to do Meso 1 again. But it's my least favorite. I will do it in September when I am done with the challenge.
Lori: No, having cyber friends isn't weird.

Having friends that do Amy Bento, 3.5miles on the treadmill, hiit 40/20 AND abs is though

Good job! And keep going on the studying. I can totally see you getting into helping others get fit. You always talk about other people wishing to get in shape and I think I can hear this little voice inside you saying you wish you could help them.
Iris: Jade Yoga is hands down the only yoga mat I will use. I have 2 mats actually, so if we do yoga together, I will bring one of my 2 for you to try out. Then you can decide if you like it. For me, I need a supper sticky mat because I get sweaty palms. (don't worry, I'll clean the mat before I let you try it out). This is the only one that does it for me. I understand about not wanting to workout hard yesterday. By the way, my "team" is kind of falling apart. LOL. There is one hasn't posted for 10 days
Amelia: How did the braves do

? I don't follow so you're safe with me. Try to talk the gym into a membership that doesn't have the requirement that you stay with them for a year. If they are not a chain, they might have some flexibility on the contract.
Deb: what is Iris talking about with sand?! Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the pyramid workout and got all your work done.
Cookie: How 'em reports treating ya? Hope you are doing well. Remember that we shook hands on staying away from the cookies.
Trish: I hope you are at least lurking: Hi!
OK, I want your feedback. I am all over the place and have some real resistance to setting the appropriate calorie level. As you know, I am doing BFFM. But my weight hasn't budged for 10 days

(though I did loose a lot the first week). I am determined and in good spririts, but I do want to see progress. I think I am not eating enough but I am so scared to up the calories. I don't feel hungry and I do seem to have enough for my workouts. Since Lori and Iris are working on the personal trainer thing, maybe they will know.
This is what I am doing at the moment. 4-5 days weight training. 6 days cardio (but I try to keep it to 50 minutes or less). Again, I don't feel tired or anything. But I am working very hard. My goal is nothing less than total body transformation. I want to burn that fat and get muscle definition. Weights are mostly meso 2 with some meso 3.
sample: Monday: Chest & Hiit, Tuesday: shoulders & triceps and run or steady state at the gym, Wednesday: M2 legs, Thursday: Back and steady state at gym (run or elliptical), Friday: biceps and CCC or Insanity, Saturday: Some nice intense 1 hour cardio such as RS, Sunday: Plyo legs with additional leg work. I take rest days only if I feel I need one.
I am hesitant to put this on the main forum because people are just going to tell me I am overdoing it. I don't think I am because I feel fine. But feel free to tell me otherwise, I can take it from you girls
I currently eat 1400 on low calorie days and 1750 on refeed days. One thing to remember, I really do sit on my bum the rest of the day for 9 hours at work! I mean sit, then sit, and then sit some more......

This is why I am so hesitant to up the calories. I upped them last week and was freaked out about eating more by that many so I went back down. I think that was my mistake.
The scale isn't budging but the clothes are looser so I am heading in the right direction, but I do think I am holding on to the fat.
Oh, and yesterday I was pooped from the lack of sleep with the long work day before (less than 5 hours sleep). And I didn't get a chance to go to the gym at lunch because I needed to do stuff at the bank and they sent me to a different one so I lost too much time. I hadn't had a rest day since I started BFFM so I took one. And I feel fine.
OK, long post over. Back to work
