Morning,

I just came back from a 42 min run:eek: I burned 487 cal. Getting ready to do SC HiiT 40/20:p Better get moving before my energy is running out!

I am done with SC HiiT 40/20! That was a tough one after my run:confused: My HR went up big times! I still didn't burn a lot of cal, I burned only 198 cal:mad: I do have to say, I enjoyed it more the 2nd time around! These workouts are short and sweet!

That's it for me today. I will shower than take my dogs for a walk. I will be back later.

Good Morning Ladies

Today is D39-Legs. Work was decent last night, I actually made some money for a Monday night! (I can't believe last night was my last Monday, I've been doing them so long.....*sigh*) No DG! :D Maybe I really will be able to slip out the back door without him knowing!

Belinda- Wow! Rockin' workout this morning! Nice job! I'm always studying, that wont' ever be done...lol But I'm already finished with ACE and just need to do intern hours for PFIA. I'm thinking of an FF rotation next. I can't remember which one you did?

Cookie- So what's it looking like for this weekend? I haven't made a reservation, nor have I told Sue or Kris that I'll be getting a separate room, because I wasn't 100 percent sure yet! How'd the tuna come out? As far as DC goes, he is commited! He's just more commited to being away with his son every weekend. And he convinced me to go to yoga class with him. :confused:

Amelia- I love my food processor! (at least, now I do). I got it for Christmas (for the same reasons, I was seeing recipes all over the place). And you know what happened?? I just used it for the first time about 2 weeks ago. LOL I also have a recipe for Zucchini Hummus if you start experimenting with those. It's really easy! Yes Rodney Yee is a flexible little dude! I will definitely stick with him for awhile, and I like his voice.

Deb- Did you get yoru workout and yoga in? I'm not thrilled with working out there (just yet). I'll have to ease my way into that. And it will be light workouts. Because I really really sweat through my clothes sometimes when I"m really pushing myself (like on the treadmill). If anything right now, I think I'll use it as my "2nd" workout of the day.

Lori- So do you have a new friend now?? From the playground? And yeah, I'm can be a little beeoch when crossed. I tend it to hit right back (and harder) with a smile plastered to my face.

Helene- Nice workout yesterday. How is your "team" doing?? Yeah DC is something else! My gosh.....so after his warm up, we go into some light stretching, and then he just starts walking away from me. I'm like "where are you going?" (thinking he's going to the boys room, which would have been fine!), but he says " I have to do something"...I said " Yes you do, you have to get back on the treadmill, so lets go"......And he just looks at me and stands there. Now keep in mind, he's obsessed with the scale. So he says "it'll take 2 seconds"....then I caught on! I said " You're not getting on the scale right now, lets go" end of discussion. LOL I'm hiding it tomorrow morning. ;)

Ok off to workout, go to a doc appointment with my mom, to the gym, market, home . BBL!

It's raining here today:( Atleast DS won't be driving me nuts to go outside all day! I may take his swimming from 2-3, that's the only thing we can do.

I'm not sure what today's workout will be. I am thinking a small run on the TM, with a HIIT workout, abs and one of my new workouts. I think Amy Bento's slow mo workouts have 3 workouts on the dvd, so I will do which ever one is for bics and shoul.

Belinda** Nice workout! I bet you were tired after all of that! You need to push a stroller with a kid in it!:p:p

Helene** DS weighs about 30 lbs I guess, maybe even a little less. He isn't very big and he isn't a great eater either. So being extremely active AND not eating much could be why he isn't very big. That's awesome about your friend, she will do great! If she already did a HM then she can train for a full. Did you catch yourself wanting to tell her about your friend who already did a marathon?? LOL I sometimes go to tell people things but then I am afraid that they will ask who my friend is! haha! And then I have to get into the fact that they are my cyber friends......:eek:

Iris** Sounds like you gave DC a good workout yesterday!! Are you a tiny bit disappointed that it was your last monday to work??

Does that catch me us with personals? Thought there was more but I don't think there was.

So I went to my MIL's party last night and spent over $100 in costume jewelry:( Ugh! They kind of get you b/c if you buy 3 items your most expensive item would have been 1/2 price. I picked out a braclet that I was gonna buy at it was $53 so I bought 2 pair of earrings to get the braclet for 1/2 price. Oh....the moral of my story was that I knew the girl who was selling the jewelry and she told me that she loved my arms:D I don't see her very often and she commented on how beautiful my arms are and that she had arm envy:):eek: It's kind of weird when someone pays a compliment b/c other then "thanks" what do you say? There is always an akward silence after a compliment!

O.k...gotta get DS some breakfast!

Quick check-in. No workout to report.....yet. I am going to the gym at lunch.

Belinda: Nice workout. What is it with people on this thread starting to double up workouts with Hiit. I find that with the Hiit workouts, I am super energetic after.

Lori: :eek: Arm envy. That's what I want too. Awesome!!! I did tell my friend about you. She knows I have cyber friends. I guess having met Cookie and Iris makes it seem like the whole group is a little less cyber :) And yes, it is easier to have cyber compliments, then you can :eek: in the comfort of your own chair.

Iris: I think you should workout at the gym and keep your home workouts too. How about that to get back in BFFM? That's an opportunity if I ever heard of one :D Hey, since you won't be working at that place anymore, maybe we can do yoga together? My friend teaches the alignment type of yoga that I was telling you about and it's close to your house. Thursdays 6pm and Saturdays 9am? It's a 90 minute class. Come on, at least try it with me once :D ? You'd be surprised how good of a workout it can be. Haven't made the tuna thing yet. Speaking of evil workouts for DC. Check out bodyrock on the web. Those are some killer looking Hiit like workouts you can have him do also.

Well I'm all caught up from last night's post too. Back to work for moi ;)
 
Morning

Never did come back yesterday and report my workout. Did MIS, it was great but i had to lay off the leg work after the back lunges, my left quad starting hurting a little. :(

The Braves tonight...YAY!!! Can't wait to cheer on my Team ! Go BRAVES! I plan on packing me some snacks. DH and the kids are eating there.

Yesterdays Calories were great! 1390, thats low for me but i wasn't really hungry so i took advantage. Today will be 1500 since im doing KB.


Sooooooo, the gym down the street is offering a member ship right now without any 'membership' fee's. Its $25 a month.It would be nice to get out of here for an hour on some days and just workout by myself with no noise in the back ground. Its about 3miles from my house....DH said go for it. I just hate that commitment every month. To me, its like keeping up with another bill
:confused:(and im such a penny pincher,LOL)still deciding:rolleyes:. If nothing else i could try it for a month and see how I like it?

Today will be KPC intermediate premix then some Yoga w/Rodney


Lori-Aweseome compliment!! Yeah, there is always an awkward moment after a compliment. Yay on the jewelry!!

Iris-I really like Rodney's voice too, very relaxing. He has a core workout i may get next.

Good morning,

Not sure what to do 1st workout or computer work before I hit the stores:confused: I plan to do pyramid upper body again really enjoyed it the other day. I tend to do the same workouts and forget about the old ones.

DH & I are taking my Mom & MIL to Atlantic City tomorrow. I don't really gamble so will have to find something to do:)

Belinda - Great workouts you got in today:D

Iris - Do you think if DG doesn't come in before you leave work, he will try and track you down afterwards? It's weird I don't notice the trainers working out at the gym either.

Lori - Could the playground girl be a potential client? Boy you have a lot of workouts planned for today:)

Helene - My Taebo tapes are collecting dust on the shelves but I do remember them being hard too. Enjoy your lunchtime workout.

Amelia - My gym requires a 1 year commitment not crazy about that. If the gym your looking at lets you go month to month you have the chance to quit whenever you want.

Cookie - Are you celebrating that your reports are done:)

Workout done. Decided to give Tony a try today and did Kenpo X then some Rodney yoga.

Im going to do some experimenting for lunch. I've got some left over left over meat from last night in there and some brown rice. Think i will make me some Rice Pilaf for lunch w/tomato's, garlic & basil & a pc of meat.

Debbie-Im not sure about the 1yr membership? I will have to ask when I go in...it may be an acquirement.
