Good Morning!

I am up to get my workout in and Im not even sure what I am doing:eek: Maybe I should go out for a shorter run and then some weights....or vice versa...could do the weights first. That may give me more time to wake up!

I am happy with the amount of studying I did yesterday. If I can the same amount today I will be finished both books and then the "real" studying will start for my next exam and then I can move on to nutrition basics! Im looking forward to that b/c I know its something I will be interested in.

Ameila** So did you have the baby last night? How did it go? Very nice of you to take her btw! DS has the cold so he was coughing last night before I got in bed and I was thinking...please Lord NOOOOO! Make him sleep! LOL

Cookie** I think its awesome that you girls get to hangout with each other! I wish I lived closer....then I would tag along to...like it or not!;)

Helene** Those were some nice comments that cookie made about you!:) I bet they are true! Let us know what hip hop abs is like. I was looking at that one as well but I wasn't sure if I would use it or not!

Deb** Take care of that hip!! Yes...a light and a 3 yr old wouldn't make a good combo.I am thinking that I will do a little studying, then some real work and keep going back and forth. That should keep my focus.

O.k...Im going to get my workout started! I will checkin when I get to work. Yesterday on my way to work I picked up a coffee and a bagel and my coworker isn't the brightest....he said "how come you didn't get me a coffee" I told him it was b/c I didn'thave enough money on me. He said " I would have paid you back you know":confused: I said " doesn't matter if you would have paid me back or not, if I don't have enough money...I don't have enough money!":confused: Then one of the girls I use to spend alot of time with came over for a visit and a chat and you think he would leave us alone? And I don't know how to be rude enough to tell him to fly a kite! Ugh!

I decited to do Karen Voight Pure & Simple stretch today, got it from the library yesterday.

Good Morning Ladies

Today will be D31?? Chest/Back W3M3.....2nd week of it. After this week I just have two more weeks to go of STS! I can't believe it. :) Yesterday I ended up doing KPC/L&G Strength Circuit.
I forgot I had rehearsal tonight, and there's a family party I was unofficially invited to, but I just don't see me swinging everything today. I've hardly been home, I have to do laundry, I"m so overwhelmed with getting myself going with this gym, that I think I"m just going to stay in today. And on top of it, the weather still sucks. :(

Lori- I think it's cool how it's all broken down and you have exams for everything!! Yeah, the first 2 modules sound familiar. :confused: It's a lot of memorization. It gets better I promise! Especially when you get into program design and such.

Belinda- Nice workouts! As usual.

Amelia- How did the babysitting go?? Did your mom come over? Yeah I like the "I wanna rock" song as well! It's the first combo. It's in another DVD as well, and I can't remember which!

Deb- I'm so sorry about your hip. :( How is it feeling? You're nuts going on rides that spin you around. :eek: I'm the opposite, I prefer rollercoasters! The dips turned out great! The zucchini hummus was "different", it was my first time making that.

Helene- Where is there an indoor water park? Is that the one with the hotel in it? Whatever you do, enjoy yourselves! I"m still laughing about your DD and spilling the cheese.....lol

Cookie- Yeah the strawberries were awesome! Where did you get them? That's a genius idea for DC! I'll run that by him tomorrow...lol Nice workout yesterday!! Yikes! My legs have doms just from reading it....lol

So yesterday at work, no DG. My partner didn't give me too much of a hard time. And it was really busy so it kinda flew by. Ok off to start laundry and my workout. BBL

Good Morning

Well, last night was interesting...DS ended up sleeping with me and he is a WILD sleeper to say the least, i can't count the # of times i got punch, kicked and smacked during the night:confused:
My mom came over around 8:30 last night and the little one slept with her in DD's bed. DD slept in DS's bed so we were kinda all over the place...but whatever works right;) Little bit slept all night too, she did really good.

No workout for me today...im taking a rest day:D I got in some good workouts this week..pretty proud of it. Still following that FF rotation...really liking it. No weight loss though but im still @ the same weight I was on my last WI AND its TOM for me so maybe I am down a lb. Im not too worried about it...results will come if i keep going like I have been:)

Lori-Looks like those courses cover everything you'll need!

Belinda-What stretch dvd did you do? Enjoy your walk

I will catch up with everyone later on today..the little one is sitting in my lap now:confused:

I'm so excited - I finally finished two of the three reports! Well, as much as I can do right now. I need to get some data from HR, and then it is hit submit. And I'm not doing the third one now, that's going to wait til later. If the state can move up the date, I can delay my pain a bit. I was using checking in as my reward, and then a wo.
Belinda, a stretch wo sounds just what the dr would order for you. We've had so much rain the past few days, everything is really green. What is it doing over there?
Lori, boy, the modules do cover everything. It's intriguing me. I used to teach aerobics a long, long time ago. Now I'm interested in getting cert in nutrition - mostly so I could learn a lot about it. My dh says just get a book from the library, but the structure of a course would be good for me.
Amelia, that doesn't count as sleep. How are you doing now - tired? My dd sleeps like that and when we would travel a lot for hockey, I often had to share a bed with her. Finally, I said forget it, either she got her own bed, stayed home, or slept on the floor (which she liked believe it or not). I'm doing ff's rotation and not losing either. Gave up eating cookies til rt and that should help.
Iris, your life sure has gotten hectic. Hope you manage to get everything done you want to. Got the ingredients to make your tuna bean spread for lunch this week. Got the berries at Hannaford on Central Ave (near OTB!).
Helene, is the water park coming to your house today? It's been pouring here all day. Made up a chart counting down to rt, thanks for the idea. Also am going to modify and pass it on to teachers to use as a motivation tool with students.
Deb, how's your hip. When I ripped my piriformis, yoga helped more than massages or chiro visits. Take it easy, please.

Evening,

Well it's been a super busy day. We went to the great escape lodge (indoor water park) and had an absolute blast.

Got some stuff done, some other......not so much. Who cares right?

Cookie and Iris: thanks again for coming over :) And cookie, that's enough now, you're making me :eek: ! But thank you very much. And all I can say is that if I look like Cookie at that age, I will be one happy (hot) mama!

Sorry for the rest, I have to catch some zzzzs. I'll be back in the morning.

I did get my Sunday workout done though. Plyo legs (disc 29) and 4DS legs. :eek:. I am still rocking the BFFM challenge and Cookie and Iris are going to see me through this.

Cookie - yeah, for getting two of the three reports today! That's for work, right? Today it's been raining too (it's already Monday here in Germany), other than that, it's hot here in Germany. What wo did you end up doing? Hope you had fun!

Iris - your life is stil hectic, poor thing! Your tuna bean spread sounds fantastic. Can you post or PM me the recipe, please? WOW, you almost done with STS, congrats! How did you like the 6 month rotation?

Debbie - I hope you resting that hip? and not going crazy on the workouts!
