Hi Girls

I am eating my lunch...or I am shoving it in my face...either way....its lunch time;)

I ended up being sick yesterday evening:( I don't know if it's b/c I cut back on the pills or I was just having an "off" day. I know that the air fresheners at work were bothering me yesterday morning. They use to really be strong when I first found out I was pregnant but this week they didn't seem so bad, until yesterday. When I went back to work last night it was like someone was holding it under my nose. Also, dinner gave me heart burn. Just not a great day!

Anyway....I am going to my parents house for a couple of days with my sister. I am hoping to get some run/walks in while I am there. Hopefully it won't be to hot.

My plan is to do UB and a run shortly.

Hey girls,

I forgot to tell you girls, yesterday DD and I went to Marshalls in Leesburg,Va and bought Cathe's 10 LB vest for $19.99.I wasn't gonna get it, but for $20, I couldn't resist. I can't wait to try it out:eek:

I also found Cathe's resistance toning tube (light, med and heavy) for $6.99 in Tuesday Morning (? I think, that's what it's called? I know it was something Tuesday.....???)and her 55 cm cherry red burst-restistant ball for $9.99. They also had her yoga mats, jump rope and hand weights. Not bad, hah? My DH thought I was nuts for buying all that stuff:p:eek: he doesn't understand:eek:

Melissa - 2 workout this morning? You go,girl!

Lori - have fun with your UB wo and run today. Send some of that energy my way, will you! I didn't sleep all night long....I am so tired. Need to take a nap after lunch than work out;)

Howdy girls,

Been trying to get here all day. But it's a busy day today. Lots of non-productive meetings :). Had a great time at Hershey with the family. Although it was hot, it must have been lower humidity because it just didn't feel that bad.

Today's wo was 4DS HIS!/LIS Chest, shoulder, triceps premix. It was a great wo. Trying to convince myself to do another wo tonight but we'll see how that goes.

Belinda - ^5 on your Cathe score!! I need to get to Marshall's and do some shopping.

Melissa - Nice wos as always!! Your wos have been really amazing these past few weeks!

Lori - I can remember how Dial antibacterial soap would make me want to puke. They had it in the bathrooms at work and I wouldn't let anyone in my office who just came from the bathroom!! Are you able to get rid of the air fresheners? Hope you enjoy your stay at your parents and your wo!

Off to another meeting. Will try to catch up on personals later :)
 
Hey ladies! Just finished Low Max and AC SB abs. I am finally able to do more of the pike work, but my wrists are hurting right now, :eek:. We are supposed to have a tee ball game tonight, but I doubt it happens. It looks like it is going to pour. Oh well.

If the game is cancelled, I will go to Old Navy and get some new gear for FRIDAY!!! FOUR DAYS TO GO!!!!! :eek::eek::eek::D:D

Belinda- so exciting about finding Cathe gear in the store. The weighted vest is a score for sure. I want to get teh vest and STS squat rack legs if they have it at the RT. We shall see. . .

Trish- glad you had fun at Hershey. Now, did you eat anything yummy?!?!??! When we went a few years ago, we never made it into the Chocolate World place, but my cousin went and said it was amazing. I regretted not going!

Melissa- your workouts are kicking A$$. I see you stopped copying me, ;), lol. JK! A few more days my friend!!!

Lori- when I was preggers this kid had a locker by my room and he would spray that cheap AX cologne, which they are ot supposed to have anyway. I thought I would die! I finally caught him and took it away from him. I told him it was making the baby sick, lol.

Deb- don't worry about the stepping so much. She did a lot of simple choreography last time because everyone is at different levels. Plus, I think we are going to be in a for a treat and get a preview of the new moves in the dvds. :eek:

I am finally done with my workouts:confused: had a rough day, didn't sleep well last night. Been tired all day long, tried to take a nap..hopeless:confused::( my cell rang nonstop. Glad my workouts are done. I did D4 (CSB) plus AC " Yoga abs" and SM with the bands.

Off to the shower. BBL!
 
Hey girls I'm back. Kristin you inspired me to do Ab Circuits Stability Ball abs. I did that when I took my break from homework ;)

So guess what ladies?! I finally got hours at the hospital!! I start tomorrow :D:D I am SO happy and relieved.

Lori, glad to have you back! Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well :( Are you doing better today?

Belinda, nice find on the workout gear! That is awesome. I didn't know they sold Cathe's stuff in stores. Nice WO today!

Trish, I love Hershey! I haven't been there in awhile. Yeah my workouts have been great but my eating has been TERRIBLE. I've been doing ok since Friday lol. A whole 3 days :confused: Need to keep it up but I love food too much!

Kristin, can you do the 1-legged pikes? I can't for my life lol. And the part where you pull in with one leg out to the side...I almost fell off the ball and I started cracking up lol! So yeaaahh...I totally copied you again today ;)

Deb, you have nothing to worry about! You will rock the step WOs :)

I can't wait til Friday!!!!!!! I'm getting super excited!!! :D:D:D:D
 
Evening ladies,

No workout today. Just too much going on. I'm not going to be at the top of my game for the RT. Maybe I'll just sit on the sides and sip some beers instead :eek:

Tomorrow morning I have a CLX workout and SM on tap. So that should be a good workout.

Then I got to do some running around to get the t-shirt to the printers ;)

I need to look up directions to the RT at some point. LOL. And I have a TC until midnight on Thursday night. Ugh city!

I was too late to get a spin bike today. I did CC6 switched between ellipitical & TM. The new workout clips look awesome:)

Belinda - You were able to get some great buys on Cathe gear. I bet the shopping is better in US than Germany;)

Iris - How are you?

Melissa - 3 workouts today:eek: Great news about the hospital hours!

Lori - Ugh, on getting sick again hopefully you'll feel better at your Mom's. A friend of ours just sent us a picture of their grandson, he was 9lbs. 13oz., he looks like the "hulk's" baby, and the parents aren't big:eek:

Trish - It sounds like we're all trying to catch up:)

Kristin - I hope we get to preview the new moves from the DVD's. I'll just take a bunch of bathroom breaks if the step class is too difficult;)

Helene - I looked up directions for the RT and it is saying that it should take me 2 hours, but who knows with traffic. I am going to slow down with workouts as the week goes on so I can conserve energy:) Thanks again for taking care of the tee's. Ugh, on the TC on Thursday, maybe it will help you fall asleep right away.

Amelia - I hope work is better for you this week. Did you see the new clips for the workouts?

Cookie - Hopefully no homework tonight. You must have a lot of luggage with you between the 2 trips.
