Cookie - it's already hot/humid here and yes, we do have 2 AC in the RV plus 2 fans, need to stay cool, right? Glad to hear your son is doing better. Ugh, on the no health benefits. Happy birthday, to your son!

Just popping in. No excuses on the no check-in. Just can't do it all I guess. But, so looking forward to meeting the CTGF crew. I was thinking we should have t-shirts made!! Yes, I'm dorky that way!! Anyways, checking in from the train so I'm passing on personals. Just might be able to pop in later though.

Did Low Max this morning and took the midterm. I've pretty much given up on getting an A in this class so I will settle for a B. Stupid prof ruining my GPA...of course she put crap on there that we didn't learn. UGH!

Belinda, it's hot & humid here today too. Feels like a sauna out there.

Cookie, I hope they figure out what's going on with your DS. How awful. Yikes on no health insurance. Did he look into Healthy NY? I know before I was getting it through school, I was insured through them. The rate is still high (like all health insurance) but you do get somewhat of a discount.

Deb, CHRISTMAS STUFF?!?!? Good God!!! I'm not even ready to start thinking about the holidays. Nope, I won't miss Friday class cuz I only have M-Thurs so it works out.

Wow..just not feeling like myself these past few days. I did manage to wrap my mind around Power Hour and did the upper body portion along with the abs on there.

I hope this mood that im in will go away...blah. Everything is getting on my nerves:confused: I may need to skip on over to my blog:eek:

I have a silk screening (or whatever those are called) set at home. It's simple, made for girls. I will look at how and if I can use it as soon as I get home. I got it on the cheap when Kmart was getting rid of stuff. All I would need is to get some shirts somewhere which shouldn't be too hard and get everyone's size.

Hey everyone! Took my boys to a free reptile show at the mall today and touched a snake! :eek: I am terrified of all snakes, but mustered up the courage because Nikolas dared me to do it, lol. My youngest touched a tree frog. It was pretty cool and the best part was it was free, lol. Just finished D23 Legs, the last of the trisets. I love those trisets :). I also did no equipment abs. We have a tee ball game tonight in this heat, ugh. I am supposed to go to this thing tomorrow at Southhaven Park. They have free train rides for the kiddies, but it looks like it will be 105 tomorrow, and I don't think it is a good idea to take the little ones out. Not even to go in the pool. We shall see.

Trish- I also think the tee shirt idea is cool. I actually thought about asking you guys if you wanted to do that, but just felt funny, lol :rolleyes:. I am going to look at the ones you posted and put in my vote ;).

Cookie- Hope things get better with DS soon. No insurance just stinks. My brother is 28 and finally got a job with health insurance. Thank God!

Helene- that is awesome that you have the silk screening thingee, lol.

Belinda- good job getting that workout in before the heat got too razy. I had to leave my air on during my workout, lol. I forget. . . what part of the states you are in right now?

Amelia- hang in there ((((HUGS))))). At least you got your workout in. That is always hard to do (for me anyway), when I am feeling blah :eek:.


Melissa- I always say if you think you did poorly on a test, then you probably did well, lol. It rings true for me everytime, lol. I never say a test waseasy, because it has the opposite effect ;). BTW_ maybe you are in my head, lol. Have fun at the beach with DA and your bro. It is a great day for it!

Deb- Still have a game (as you saw above, lol). It was cancelled because of the rain on Monday, so I am sure we are on for tonight. DS is very excited, lol. He wants to wear his pants so that he can slide, but with the heat being what it is today, I am putting my foot down! :rolleyes:

I'm back...no beach for us. It took us over an hour to get 1/2 way through the BX so we decided to turn around since it was already 230 by then :( We are gonna go out tonight to make up for it though.

Trish, I LOVE the shirts!!! Def loving #2 and of course #3! Soooo freakin cute!! This is psyching me up even more now :D BTW, have you gone shopping yet for fitness gear? I still need 2 pairs of workout capris for the RT.

Kristin, that reptile thing sounds cool! Oooh they didn't cancel the tball game? It's freakin hot out there (or as I like to say, it's HAB for Hot As Ba!!s). Tomorrow is supposed to be nasty, so the ride thing might not be a great idea :(

OK ladies, that's it, we are doing the shirt.

If you would all help me find the shirts for me to print on that would be super helpful. I can do the printing. I need a store with a model and I need everyone's size. Too cool. My car's reading was 103 today, but I was 45 min. further south today:eek: Tomorrow I'll be 30 min. south, I certainly didn't plan this right:) TG I took a spin class this morning because this weather sucked the energy out of me.

Trish & Helene - I love the idea of tee's, just let me know what you decide.

Belinda - How are the dogs doing in this weather? Great job with KPC.

Iris - Wondering what your up to?

Helene - My 1st thought was a Michael's store, but with all the sales you could get tee's at Target or Walmart.

Amelia - It sounds like your mood picked up after your workout & knowing you have tomorrow off:D

Melissa - I guess everyone was escaping to the beach today:)

Kristin - You may have to pour water over your head during the game. I remember DS's not minding to play in the heat, so I'm sure your DS will love it.
