Good morning,

I am super sore today! LOL! I will do cardio, not sure what yet? DH is coming home today. I was cleaning house yesterday and doing laundry. Does it ever stop!

I will be back for personals!

Good morning girls,

I posted on the wrong thread yesterday:eek: I took spin class yesterday and again today. It's my rest week between Meso 2 & 3. We went back to my in-laws Sun. (niece's graduation) & yesterday different relatives came and more are coming on Thurs. I just want to stay home:confused: It's so hard to eat well there. Sometimes I bring my own food but they think I'm crazy:)

Belinda - Are you doing 3 or 6mo. rotation? I think I should have done the 3 mo. rotation.

Lori - Funny story about you and your friend. Looks like your ready for your race this weekend:)

Amelia - I saw your post about your job. Maybe you should look to see if there is another opening in a Dr.'s office so you don't have to deal with the crap.

Im in such a blah mood. I may do a workout today, then agian, i may not:rolleyes:. I had a little over my cals last night and im not happy about that(bowl of cereal). Ive got to get back on the ball with my workouts...you guys just ever feel like doing nothing? Im just not in the mood(still) to workout. I can't even remember the last time I took a couple of days off or a rest week? maybe i will take some time off from weights?

I may do a cardio coach today:rolleyes: maybe it will help with my blah's

Amelia, if it makes you feel better, I am feeling the same way. I just started STS yesterday, I am ready to take a rest day:rolleyes: I will do something, still not sure what yet? Need to hurry up, before the day is over.
 
Hi Ladies

Today is PUB hopefully this afternoon. I had to get up early for my car inspection today...:rolleyes: Still craziness around here trying to get back into workouts, dealing w/ doc appointments, studying, etc.....*sigh*

Belinda- Hope you have a great workout today!!

Deb- I know what you mean about all the get togethers!! One thing I try and do is to not go on an empty stomach! I always try and eat and be somewhat full......and I've tried to bring food to and get weird looks..lol

Amelia- Girl it sounds like you are kind of burnt out.....:( Maybe a break is what you need?? And if you dont' think it's that then maybe just wing it and do you fave workouts for awhile?? Wish I could help you to get out of your funk.

ok....drumroll...i got on the treadmill and did a HIIT:D I do feel better. Now ive got to focus on my diet for the rest of the day...today is day #9 that ive been doing good(except for the 200 extra cals last night,no biggie though...it could of been ALOT worse,LOL;))

Belinda-How was your workout?

Iris-I forget, what are you studying towards agian? Have fun with PUB!! Yeah, i think i am burnt out a bit. Maybe a couple of days of just some light cardio will help.

Not sure why I noticed this but Belinda & Amelia are neck & neck with posts:p

Belinda - In the end it will be more of a 7mo. rotation for me. About 1/2 way through, I wanted to go quicker so I could complete the whole program. When I was on the 2nd week I was wishing I wasn't repeating that week. I hope I make sense . . . I guess the bottom line is I grew impatient . . . like wanting to get to the end of a book:D

Amelia - Way to chase your blahs away:) Doesn't sound like you did damage with your diet.

Iris - Have fun with PUB today. Did you have fun at Lake George?
