Today will be 30/30, ab work, and maybe some yoga. Not sure if I"m going to stay home and do laundry and maybe grocery shopping, or go down to my parents...I'm beat from working those doubles, and I'm up kind of late. Not getting a good start. And to top it all off...."he" is coming over tonight....*sigh* ....I broke down again, I knew tonight would be the only night this week and possibly next week that I would be willing to carve out some time. BBL with personals.
I am up early even though we were out last night. We went to a friends house after the hockey game and I am such a light weight. I had 2 drinks and could feel it. I ate my dinner but I was hungry when I got to her house so thats probably why. When I got home I had trouble falling to sleep. I had bit of a headache and I think I was overtired. Took 2 pills for the cold and out I went
How weird is this...when I was getting ready to leave the party one of the girls came up to me and asked me "what size are you? 0 or 2?" Who ask someone that? I thought it was a very weird question to ask and she could probably tell by the look on my face. She was probably under the influence! LOL

Helene** Good cal burn yesterday! I really like everything on the HIIT dvd. Its short and sweet! Before I knew it yesterday my workout was over. Got to love that!

Ameila** Everything about house hunting is fun, even hearing people say "no" LOL So prepare yourself! Im not sure what its like in the US but here, the first house is the hardest to get.After that its smooth sailing!
Im not sure what todays workout will be. I may try one of the new dvds. DH leaves around 1 'ish , after I drop him off at the airport I am going to a friends house with DS.
The marathon is today and I can't stop thinking about my friend. I called her yesterday but didn't get an answer! I can only imagine how she is feeling right now!

I didn't sleep very well last night, for some reason my anxiety is through the roof lately. Just worried about everything.

Workout complete. I decided to try Cardio Core Circuit...it was fun but of course after it was over I got on the TM and did 4 miles. My goal was just 3 miles, then it was 20 mins but once I got going, I wanted to keep going. So I did 4 miles in 33 mins.
Ameila** I feel the same way about cardio...as you can tell from my above post. If I do weights and no cardio, I still think I had a rest day! Hopefully you will sleep better tonight.
Deb** Ice storm? Ick! That doesn't sound like fun I find the grocery stores terrible when the following day is a holiday. Its almost as if b/c the store is closed for one day everyone is going to starve!

Can I just vent for a minute? He is coming over at 7....I broke down and gave him my number for the sole purpose of calling me if he got lost...in fact I told him at the bar last night that it pained me to give it to him, and to erase once he got here tonight. SO....he calls me about an hour ago (12:30!).....to see what I was doing, and in that minute conversation, it came to I was lazy (because I got up at 8), boring(because I was finishing my laundry up), insecure(because he mentioned about the snow, and I said if you dont want to come that's fine by me) , and he'll see me at 7.....LOL WTF
I swear I'll bbl with personals! Off to the store....
Workout done. Decided on MM and i was shaking towards the end. Im fried burned 450 in 1:14mins. DH wants to go to applebee's for supper so im thankful they have those 550 calorie meals. they look yummy on the website
Iris- Whats up with this guy? What an @sshole we can all come over and take care of him for you if you'd like? It won't take long. Maybe he's just one of those guys that has absolutely no idea how to talk to a lady....
