Good morning girls,

Thanks for all your kind words:D I relaxed yesterday all day long:D I have no workout to report! I will try to do D6 today, DH is home. He can keep on eye on me.

I will be back later! Have a great weekend!
 
Good Morning Ladies....

Today will be D4...Yay! Finally onto week 2...:) My appetite has been through the roof lately...:eek: I'm not eating bad, just a lot...still...lol

Belinda- Hope you're feeling better...are you planning on seeing a doctor?

Deb- How was your 50 degree weather?? 35 up here felt like a heat wave!!

Trish- Dang (lol) about your strength class and that instructor. Was it a him or her? Just curious....

Amelia- Nice workout yesterday! I love LIC and haven't experimented with the premixes except for the cardio only.... Hope your day is less hectic today!

Well today is another double...yippeeee....See me doing the happy dance? :rolleyes:
 
Good Morning!:)

My back is nice and sore from my workouts yesterday! I decided to give MMA boxing a whirl and I knew it would do mu UB good and I was right. After doing disc #5, more UB work was just what I needed. I must be using a heavier weights then I did the first time I did STS because I always have DOMS.

I havent decided if I am doing disc #6 today or not. Its probably just as well and take tomorrow off or just cardio. I have no other plans today. I think I am going to do a run with a HIIT workout again. I will probably do 40-20 again.

Belinda** Glad you enjoyed your rest day yesterday! Hope you get your workout in today.

Trish** Did you laugh at the instructor at all? I think I would have probably started to giggle!:) But that just shows how mature I actually am;)

Deb** Good workout yesterday! I would pay DD to watch DS but I feel like I have to be home at a certain time when she watches him because if she falls asleep, Im not sure she will hear him. My inlaws usually take him for alnight if we are going out or our friend watchs him. She is moving out next month btw...can you believe it!? She as been living here for almost 2 years!

Ameila** Good cal burn yesterday!!

Iris** You have to work a double shift today?? Or a double workout?? Double workouts I like...double shifts not so much:)

I think that catches me up with personals. I will probably bbl to report my workout. DH is leaving tomorrow for work so Im sure he will have an agenda full of things he needs to get done today!

Oh my...can't believe I was the last one to check in!:eek: That was ages ago!

My workout went as planned. I think I had a little more energy today b/c of doing MMA boxing yesterday and not feeling tired after wards. So I did 5 miles on the TM, 40/20 and STS disc 6. I think I have done enough for one day:)

Not moving too fast today, I did clean the bathroom earlier:) I'm going to do Disc 6 Legs today. I need to catch up on cleaning and laundry the next couple of days:(

Belinda - I'm glad your feeling better and DH is home:)

Lori - Wow, you really outdid yourself with today's workouts:) Will you miss your friend when she leaves or will you welcome one less person:D

Iris - I find my appetite increasing with STS workouts:confused: Hope your double goes by quickly.

Trish - I get so annoyed when I take a class and don't like it,feels like such a waste of my time:(

Amelia - Any house hunting yet? We lost Foodnetwork & HGTV because our cable company is fighting with them so :mad::mad: I loved looking at the house hunting show.

Helene - I hope you can catch up with sleep this weekend.

Lori: Nice workout! Wow, you really are full of energy at all times! I have yet to try MMA boxing. Or MMA kickboxing for that matter. Time will come. Enjoyed Hiit 40/20? Your workouts are really something!!!

Deb: Sorry you lost some channels. That's horrible. I cut my cable entirely a year and a half ago. I don't miss it. I can buy a lot of DVDs with the money I save. I slept like a rock last night, thanks!

Iris: Yeah, STS can make you hungry. I had to get used to it. But it's nice. Enjoy week 2 :p You will see how excited you are when you move to Meso 2. Nice workouts.

Amelia: So how is the house hunting going? You'll probably not spent as much time on this forum I guess :). Tomorrow is weigh-in day!

Trish: Sorry the class wasn't good. I hate not getting a good workout in when I had one planned. I always get the feeling that I lost my time. Nice that you went though. I bet your weekend is busy too! Enjoy.

Great workouts for a saturday.

The weekends are always so busy. Can't believe my morning is gone already. I did LowMax this morning and had a great time. I think it's one of the best I've ever done it. I think my legs are much stronger from STS. Anyways, 622 calories is nice :eek:. I am hoping to get an STS disc in sometime later too but that is going to be harder.

Hey girls...not workout yet. I may get on the treadmill when DH goes to work. I went to the library yesterday and picked up a book plus a yoga dvd. Sara Ivanhoe..anyone heard of her? I previewed it and it looked really fun. Think i will do it later,after my cardio coach, that is IF the kids let me...there running a mock today in the living room...driving me nuts and playing wii :confused:

No house hunting yet..still working on a mortgage company. As it turns out my husbands credit isn't as great as we thought it was:( we will definitely move just not sure if we will be able to purchase like we hoped...we haven't given up hope yet..maybe we can find a mortgage company that specializes in 'not-so-good' credit;) i don't care really as long as we move from this dump:eek:

Helened-Great workout today & calorie burn,love lowmax! My eating hasn't been very consistent this week so no official weigh in for me tomorrow. Im in a 'moody funk' right now! at least im getting in my workouts:rolleyes: so far today im on track...yesterday was a disaster:eek:.

Iris-i hope your dble goes by fast. yay on week two of sts. Awesome job!

Trish-I like Winsor pilate's. I've got one of her workouts...good job on your workout yesterday, sorry you had a bad instructor. Did you get the urge to take over when you noticed bad form:eek: Im sure it was hard not too,lol.

Workout done! Did a 30min run interval then that yoga dvd. I really liked it...i may go ahead and purchase it. It was only 20mins but she is constantly moving,she doesn't hold poses for very long. Great for a 'slap-on' workout.I burned exactly 400 in total.
