Belinda: Don't let the internet slow you down ;) Have great cardio. It's a bit cooler up here today. Hopefully it is for you as well.

Deb: I think CLX would work well for a busy season. Running is good, but so is spinning I hear though I've never done it. Are you going to start mentioning Halloween in the middle of August ;)

Melissa: I was thinking about your post yesterday. Guess I was the princess :eek: I have three older brothers. :rolleyes: I only noticed the oomph (or lack there of ) on circuit blast for some reason. I think Cathe was in fine form for the Hiit and athletic step DVDs :eek:

Iris: How goes it today? :) It sounds like you are starting to have a plan. :)

No workout for me today..... I think.... The rotation calls for a day off and unless I REALLY feel like it tonight, then that's what it's gonna be. The rotation calls for two days off per week which I might just follow. Been able to control my eats better this week. Maybe due to the "lighter" workout schedule? I hope it last because I want to keep going this way.
 
Good Morning Ladies

Yesterday I ended up doing PS Shoulders, PS Biceps, and MMA Kickbox. I woke up much later than intended :eek: so I'm going to try and fit in an Intensity premix.

I'm going up to see the owner of that gym in Vermont this morning (and the thing with that is, by the time I move, Vermont will be an hour away.............so I don't know about traveling that far). Then tonight I have an interview at a bar in Schenectady, which will end up being a trek as well. Dang, why can't I work somewhere in the vicinity??? lol

Belinda- Have a great workout!

Helene- Ok we're both slackers!! :eek:;) I say if two rest days work for you, go for it. I know it's working for me lately! What are you up to this weekend?

Melissa- Cool, you're doing intensity today too....:cool: Haha about the bathroom...;) My parents are building one downstairs for me after I move in....THAT should be fun..... DB leaves the 2nd week of July. :(

Deb- Is the weather not nice down there to sit outside? Or is it the bugs? For me, its definitely bugs! DB is happy I left there..........he knew I was struggling with the idea of it, he kind of knew what was going on..........

Hi girls! Just finished up Intensity. I am a sweaty mess right now.

I met DA's friends last night. They are really cool and we had a blast! His BFF can dance too. I like that his whole group of dudes isn't afraid to bust a move lol. Tonight we are going to the Melting Pot with a group of my friends. He's nervous about meeting them but I don't think he has anything to worry about.

Deb, back to school ads already?! That is crazy. I guess stores are hurting for sales.

Helene, I already can't wait for Halloween! I love it so much :D The lighter workout schedule probably is helping you stay on track with your eats. I'm glad you found a routine you really enjoy! :D

Iris, did you do Intensity today too? I love the music in that one and for some reason the HIIT doesn't feel as painful as 30/30, 40/20, or DWP. Good luck with the job hunt and your interviews! Let us know how it goes. LOL, funny you don't sit outside because of the bugs: I am the SAME way!! DA makes fun of me all the damn time but I hate bugs!! Doesn't help that I'm allergic to mosquito and gnat bites either :eek: I hope you get to meet up with DB soon :(
