Today I will do GS legs!

Cookie** Cardio Kicks is a old one put good one I don’t use MIC a lot unless it comes up in a rotation! Hope you enjoy them both! Let me know how much those Platemate will cost and if they do shipping? I need some! I did order my Cathe calendar a few days ago!

Im up to get my workout in before work. I think I am going to do a circuit workout using the TM. Should get my butt into gear pretty soon if I want to get an hour in.

Had friends over for supper last night and it was nice. I didn't eat that much (it was late) and I hate going to bed stuffed!

I will bbl to report my workout and see what everyone else is up to:)

how do you do a circuit workout using the TM? Glad you had fun with your friends last night! I hear you on not stuffing yourself before going to bed! Enjoy your workout!

I will do my leg workout later this afternoon. DH took this morning off work.

Back again!:) Im at work now, enjoying some coffee (cause what I made earlier was awfully strong!:confused:) and then I am going to get a bowl of oatmeal.
My workout ended up being 3 miles on the TM and 7 seg of BC.

Belinda** Good job with the workout. The way I use the TM with circuits is I will pick a workout (such as BC) and instead of doing the cardio in BC, I will hop on the TM for 5-10 mins. I like to get a longer cardio workout then most of Cathes circuit workouts like HST,HSC and BC so this way I makt it a little longer. The same with ME, sometimes I will pick a weight workout that concentrates on endurance. So I will get on the TM for 5 mins at a time, get off, work a body part, then get back on again. Time flies.

Must go do something I suppose before my boss gets here!

thanks for complimenting me on my workout, loll!:p:D I still haven’t started my workout. Your circuit workout sounds really interesting. Nice workouts like always! Don’t work to much!

Sorry about being MIA once again, but at least you know, I always come back :rolleyes:.

My workout yesterday was a 30 min run on the treadmill, not much, but better than nothing. Not sure about today, I really want to do some weights, so I am thinking about 4DS weight work :cool:.

Belinda - GS Leg, nice tough workout!!!

Lori - That's a great idea doing a circuit workout using the treadmill, I might try that one day.

Amelia - So nice to see you back, how are you?

Iris - How are you doing? What was your crueling workout for the day?

Cookie - You'll be proud of me, I already worked my abs 3 times this week.

Trish - What wo have you planned for today?

Ok, gotta go and check on my toddler. She is up since 6.30 :confused: and already driving me nuts :D.

Awwwweee,its nice to type in GOOD MORNING GIRLS,

ok,I need to get my butt in gear! Im going to try and get back into the swing of things today...meaning my workouts and counting my cals. I plan on doing a thirty minute run inteval and then some LB.


anyhoot,so glad to see everybody and I will bbl to report my workout! ive also got to run up to the carwash and vacumm out my car...the kids get in there and all hell breaks loose.

Hi ladies,

I am done with GS legs! That is one tough workout! I haven’t done that one in so long, I forgot how good it was! I am hoping for DOMS in my legs tomorrow! I already worked my legs twice this week.

Kristine** don’t worry if you don’t check in with us every day, I know its hard checking in when you have little ones! Sometimes we get busy with other thing, not big deal! Check in when you can, as long as we don’t loose you! LOL! Great job on your run yesterday. Enjoy your weight workout today!

Lori** I agree with Kristine, that's a great idea doing a circuit workout using the treadmill, I think I will give it a try one day. Sounds like a good sweat fest!

Amelia** did you do your run and LB workout? Get moving, girl!

workout done,did the run interval...some LB and then some UB...im happy with it! burned over 300 cals! I really need to get me a HRM so I will know exactly how many cals ive burned.

Belinda-great job with GS legs...high fives on that one!

kristine-did you decide on 4DS? I haven't got that one....one day i'll get around to buying it!

Just checking in before heading to bed...I'm so sleepy today. I hope I sleep all night and late tomorrow morning...tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day;)

Today's wo was LowMax. As always, it was a good wo. Never get tired of that routine.

Hi Belinda - I watched the clip yesterday on my way home from work. Those trisets look like killers!!! I will definitely appreciate the 1 minute rests between sets. Great job on GS Legs...I love that one, too. Hoping you have good DOMs in the morning;)
