Hallo girls,

I am done with my workout! I will have to work on my abs:mad: Never did them yesterday:mad::mad: Put first I have to clean out my laundry room, my dryer is broken. The repair man will came and take a look at the dryer later this afternoon, I am hoping they bring me a new dryer:eek:this one hasn't been working well since I moved here.

Good Morning:)

How is everyone? Ready to start another week???:) This week I am going to cut back on my sugar intake in preperation for our Fl trip:D I figure less sugar, more abs work may bring wonderful things:rolleyes:

I think today I am going to do 4DS chest and back 2 x's again and cardio. Im hoping to get my weight workout in with DS around but when DH comes home for lunch I should be able to get on the TM for a quick run.

Belinda** Have a good workout! STS will be here this week and Im not ready for it at all!!!!

The girls and I are getting together sometime this week to figure out the stupid schedule. I am seriously considering leaving.....and working with DH. I am going to give March month a try but I don't think 12-12 is going to work to well for anyone:confused: I might actually be doing him a favor if I left!

Lori-Im with ya on cutting back the sugar...its been two days since ive cut it out and I already feel so much better! I drank water like a horse yesterday...that helped me too! Good luck with your meeting today.....

Today is 4DS bootcamp! I really want to do a weight work with it,but my rotation says NO! so cardio only today!!

enjoy BC today! I also love "cardio Power" premix, that one is a lot of fun! If you wanna go for a longer cardio day:p:p


He didn't fix my dryer yet, but they are coming back tomorrow! It still works ,put it smelled like something was burning! He told me, I still can use the dryer:rolleyes:

4DS BC DONE:eek:... VERY fun workout and it was challenging! Im so happy with 4ds:D Burned 300 cals in just 26mins...awesome! That last drill is killer isn't it:confused:

Belinda-I noticed that there are alot of premixes on both of the 4ds disc:eek::eek: so exciting..Cathe makes such great quality workouts! I will check out that premix you suggested!

Morning ladies,

Today's wo was a short 35 mins on the cross trainer. Only burned 275 cals:confused: I usually take Mondays as a rest day, but I ate so bad yesterday, I needed to do something...I've got to join you guys on the reduced sugar intake program. I ate dunkin donuts, cookies, cake, chicken strips and french fries yesterday:eek:...PUKE!!! I felt very out of control yesterday. Oh well, today's a new day, right??

Belinda - Let me know how you like doing the wo a second time. I thought I would really enjoy the new workout factor, but I'm struggling with some of the weights (my 1RMs for shoulder work are off). I am failing too early on some exercises so I was thinking about repeating before increasing even further. I'm looking forward to getting out of the endurance cycle and to longer rest periods.

Lori - That schedule sounds sh*tty!! I hope you guys come up with a better plan. I have never worked out consistently at night...even before I had the girls, so my schedule change will be something brand new. It's really only for cardio because the CT is in the bedroom. But, we do what we have to, right?? Enjoy 4DS & your run!

Amelia - I'm so glad you are enjoying 4DS!! I haven't done that BC in so long, but it works you good!! I think FF had a rotation where you did everything twice..UUUGGGHHH!!! I nearly died:)

Trish, all I can say. It was much easier and faster the second time around! I'm looking forward too on getting out of the endurance cycle and getting into longer rest periods.

Hey Ladies:)

I started my workout today at 10:30 and didn't finish it until 3! Mind you...I wasn't working out the whole time;) Sounded good though, didn't it?:D I did GS and 4DS chest work, with DS hanging around. Stopped to get lunch, did some laundry...then DH was going to watch DS in order for me to get a 30 mins run in but that didn't workout to well. So I put a new movie on for DS and I did Hardcore extreme #3. He was pretty good while I was doing it, he sat on my step a few times but that was about it.:) I wouldn't want to try that everyday though.

Ameila** So you enjoyed BC! I don't like the 6th one...or is it the 5th one. The one where you run and get a weight...then go get another one. That one really gets me winded. Probably doesn't help that I use 10 lbs weights. There are alot of premixes on those dvds. I never bothered with premixes until I bought 4DS.

Belinda** Hope you get your dryer fixed! Is it a new one? I think whenever anyone as problems with something new, they should just switch it with another one! No one should have troubles with something brand new! I do like my job but we are having lay offs and Im afraid of whats about to happen next. DH is hiring at his store and I think I may bite the built and leave...atleast I will have a job. If I stay here I may get laid off...and no work! That would not be good!!!!

Trish** I think we all have days where we eat to much..and its all bad stuff! Im sure you will get back on track!

Oh....a mock schedule as been done up and I want to throw up!:( By the looks of it, I have to work this weekend coming and then again next weekend:mad: The only good thing is, I will be off for the next 3 weekends:) So maybe I should just suck it up!

Yes, Lori, that does sound like one heck of a workout! How many hours was it? The thing is we would believe you for doing one that long.
Belinda, hope your headache is doing better. I'm also sick of snow, snow boots, and heavy clothes. Just curious why you decided to go with the six-month STS rotation. So far, I'm loving it, but boy do I feel it as I'm doing it.
Amelia, do you call your laundry Mt. Washmore like I do? It is never ending. So, you're a runner! Fabulous. You never cease to amaze me.
Trish, what disc are you on? I did 4 so far. Whew, that woman is tough. Never knew there could be so many variations on working a muscle group. How is your daughter liking day care?
Deb, the race sounds like fun. I used to run a lot, not as much as Lori. It is so much fun to do it with a group.
Well, I'm in on the better eating vow. I came home ate three chocolate mocha cookies and some sour cream and onion potato chips! The problem for me is there is no such thing as just one of anything. Once I start, I just seem to keep going.

Good night girls,

Late check-in tonight. I was on my feet all day today picking up boxes etc. . . I'm taking this evening off. I am so sore from running 3 miles yesterday. I pushed my time too much.

Belinda - You probably have been sleeping for quite sometime now. I'm starting STS tomorrow.

Lori - You almost had me when you said you worked out from 10:30 - 3:00. It's so hard to make a decision about work. I'm not crazy about change.

Amelia - I'm so glad you like 4DS. The premixes will keep you very busy.

Trish - Are you going on the roadtrip?? I was #71, I'm so excited.

Cookie - I hope all is well with you, nice to hear from you. I hear you on the bad eating. I keep telling myself spring and summer are around the corner even though it doesn't feel that way.
