Good morning girls,

I am so tired today, DH was snoring all night long! The x- mas concert was really nice yesterday, DH and I had so much fun.

Today I will do 4DS Biceps & Triceps & cardio! My legs are still sore, lol!

I need more coffee!

Good Morning!

Yesterday ended up being a rest day. Not a real big deal. I had planned on working out last night after DS went to bed but he fought it last night and didn't go to sleep until after 9. And i couldn't imagine putting on my workout duds and working out that hour. Not that it mattered cause I still didn't get to bed as early as I liked. I fell asleep on the couch a couple of times while watching a movie, then after I went to bed and started doozing off, DD came into the room and wanted me to get in bed with her cause her boyfriend just broke up with her on MSN:confused: Now she thinks that he is interested in one of her friends...LOL. All you can really do is laugh at it cause they are just kids and one of these days they will realize how small these things actually were!

So Im planning on doing 4DS Bic and Tri's 2x's:rolleyes: and a 5 mile run...which I better get started. I think i am going to do the weights first so that I can still drink coffee! LOL

Belinda** My legs started feeling sore yesterday morning but it was mostly inner thighs. I needed to work legs, its been a while.

I will bb when I settle in at work. We had a virus on our computer yesterday. I asked the computer guy what caused it and he said either Facebook or Youtube...glad it wasn't Cathe:)

Lori-i quite going to facebook because of that same reason! we had virus in our computer last year and it took DH a long time to get it straighten out:confused:(of course it could of been youtube too)

Hi girls,

I am done with KPC " Cardio Conditioning" premix 37 min. + abs from KPC + 4DS Biceps + Triceps! I am glad tomorrow is a rest day!:D

I will not be around much today, I am getting ready to drive to Nuernberg to see my sisters!

Belinda and Lori, bet your tris are talking to you, as Cathe would say! How are you two liking the rotation so far? I'm really enjoying it. Didn't want to miss a single day so that I could stay with everyone else. It is so motivating to do it with others. Glad you're there with me.

Belinda, did you bring some of your ravioli to the party? As you know, my husband snoring also drives me crazy. Mine is supposed to use one of those sleep apnea masks, but he refuses, which I think is just selfish. Other than that, he truly is a wonderful guy. I just would love a good night's sleep. Hope you get one tonight.

Lori, let me know how well you can pump your arms during your run after the weights. I usually grocery shop on Sundays, and already I'm wondering how lugging the bags are going to feel. How is your sister's baby doing?

Amelia, I have decided I am not going to use the scale much any more. My husband doesn't want to get rid of it. Who knew he used it? Not me. Anyway, I really do not feel it is an accurate representation of how I am physically. The other day someone was showing photos and one of them contained a blurry image of her. It really didn't look like her, but yet it was her. That's how I'm feeling about the scale. It's not the real image of me. Did I explain this well? What are you up to today?

Trish, have you started your holiday shopping yet? My daughter is in her teens and the boys are in their 20's, so all they really want is money or gift cards. Doesn't make shopping much fun, but it sure is easy to wrap. I'm going to get them some other things, but that I can order online.

Kim, are you out there kickboxing away?

Cheryl, how's the cold and your business doing? Hope you're feeling better.

Iris, how are you?

Off to a workshop. Hope I don't have to carry anything!

Cookie** My arms were fine when running;) I ran the other day after doing legs and I think it helped with the DOMS. My legs weren't that sore yesterday. My sister is doing really well with the baby. He seems to have alot of gas but Im not surprised with everything that she eats:eek: Spicy wings,gravy,turkey...you name it, she tried it! I on the other hand stayed away from certain things, mainly b/c I didn't want a cross baby plus, when you are trying to ditch the baby weight any excuse is good.

I had a great workout today but ran short on time. I did my weight workout plus 4 miles on the TM!
