Good moring all,
Aaaah, my favorite time of the day. A quiet house, the sun rising, a cup of coffee and a computer. Beautiful......
With my habit of waking up early to work out, I am still up before anybody else on vacation. I might try to go running outside in a bit.
Belinda: Enjoy whatever you do today, even if it's taking a rest day. I see you were able to share Christmas with DS over Skype, that's nice.
Amelia: So are your abs sore

? maybe I should do one of the those workouts. My abs still the most under-worked part of my body.
Iris: Yeah, athletic step is fun isn't it. I liked it too. I wish I were home so I could sample all the workouts. I just can't see a setup here where I can do it in the house. I'll go to the workout place they have here and see if I can pop in a DVD somehow. Otherwise, it's going to have to be jogging and Yoga. Oh yeah.... and swimming

So happy you had a nice Xmas with family.
Cookie: How did you do on 40/20. I liked it and it was nice, tough, and short. I loved the running man. I was amazed at how 40 seconds of that fired up my quads! Is Deb on the calendar? I got mine but didn't open it before I left. As for the weather down here. Absolutely lovely. I was telling DH that I wanted to be here when we retire. I just realized you did two hiit workouts in a row. Wow. How was the double wave hiit too?
Deb: How was MMA? I haven't done one of those yet. I'm dying to do one. So please post

! Putting the goodies in the freezer is a good way to do things.
Lori: Yikes, you do have an ugly schedule. And I am sorry people did fly over Christmas...... sorry, we just have no respect

My plane was full by the way going out on Christmas day. Anyways, hope you got some good workouts in. Wonder when you'll break down for shock cardio?

I hope you don't work New Year's eve and New years. Put your foot down on that one!!!! Oh, and I did have a blast shopping. This is the best outlet I've ever been too (my wallet can attest). Fun to go with MOM and SIL. We were joking about buying some ugly things for my brother and had great fun.
Being on vacation is awesome, but I am making my own meals because they just don't know how to eat any of them. Last night was lobster pasta smothered in sauce. The bread and cheese, ice-cream and apple pie. Now seriously! So I made myself a nice big salad and cooked some shrimp. Much better. Weighed in this morn and hard work paying off. Woohoo.
Is anybody besides Iris and myself starting a full STS rotation in Janurary. Just curious. This will all be so much fun!
DD just got up but I think I am all caught up. Have a great day everyone.
