Evening ladies,
Well since I'm not going to workout after all, I'll check in my lack of workout .... in my workout clothes.

I wanted to do Imax 3 but I decided starting that at 8:30PM was a bit much. Even if it follows a nap (if we can call crashing on the couch a nap)
Melissa: I hadn't thought of it, but the whole lower intensity week might be a good explanation actually. I love the august rotation, good choice. I hope I remember to do it later. I had decided on Imax 3 today, but as you can see, I changed my ming. I'll just save all my energy for tomorrow morning.
Kristin: Imax 2 it is then. I don't know why I like 3 a little better. I think it has plenty of rest ( is the pause button on your remote broken?

). Great job with intensity and the selection of goodies for the boys/men in your life. Should be a fun day.
Amelia: I like the gym idea. I think you said you can stop when you want? If they have group classes it could be fun too. I just went to my first spin class this weekend. If you can pay month by month I say go for it and get away from MIL. It is absolutely a good idea.

Even when I was pregnant since I got fat all over, they weren't noticeable. LOL at your choice of procrastination. Playing on the phone is def baaaaadddddd. When is your due date by the way?
Today we did go to great escapes again and played in the water quite a bit. I did have one workout: Carrying DD who was too tired from the end of the park all the way to the car. I'm thinking at least a mile with 45lbs on my back.

Come to think of it, maybe that's why I'm tired.
OK, well I'm all caught up. This week is busy so I'll probably be scare and mostly lurking.
