Melissa: Sorry you didn't make it to the met. As for the lack of energy, I have weird cycles during the month and I just let them be. I just kick it up when I have energy and give it a rest when I don't. Woohoo on the last week of summer!

Jessica: Sounds like you are starting to build up your Cathe collection already :D B&G is a good one though I don't do it often :eek: MFP is Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com quite a few of us are on there. My screenname is the same there.

Trish: So sorry to hear about your dad. :( I hope it's OK and good for you for checking with all the doctors. I hope you are having a great time regardless being together with family. I saw it was really hot down there. :confused:

I have NO idea what I will do today. Yesterday was spinning and CLX PC2. A little tired and sore today but I feel like a good workout and I have some extra calories to burn from yesterday :confused:

Morning

No thoughts of a workout this morning, leaning towards a rest day today. I'm off tomorrow so Im sure I will get in a good one then. Im pretty sore from yestedays UB MM, thinking a nice hot bath before work is in order;)

Im considering joining the gym thats close by. The price isn't bad (25$ month) and on the days my MIL is here I can get away and workout:eek: I hate to admit it but she drives me nuts:eek:

My second apt with my therapist is tomorrow, im looking forward to it :confused:(lol) this weeks been pretty tough with DH working his 12hour shifts and me not seeing him a lot:( maybe 20 minutes in the mornings and thats it! Really sucks...

sorry for the totally selfish post. I will try and bbl with some personals :)

I tried checking in yesterday but my manager blew in from no where so I closed it out:eek:.

Not a whole lot of excitment in my neck of the woods. Belly and boobs are getting bigger and I find men talking to my chest more so then my face!:eek: Maybe some day I will say "Im up here". My bra looks like it could cover DS's head! LOL I have been feeling alot better. I am down to two pills a day, from six! And I am hoping when this perscription is filled I will be done with them. My energy is also coming back. I have gotten workouts in off and on.....Im probably up 12 lbs now. 15 weeks today...25 to go...but whose counting?:rolleyes:

Helene** I had two dinners yesterday so I know there are some extra cals on my body I could burn! We had friends over for dinner and I was later going to bed. I had my alarm set to workout but couldn't get the energy. I think I may try a walk/run when I get off this evening.

Ameila** Your MIL is still there?? She's been there as long as Ive been preggo...and that seems like FOR-EVER!!!!

I ordered some things I needed for my course yesterday. I kind of had to for many reasons but my main reason was to motivate myself to open a book again. I brought my books to work with me and I can't tell you how many other things I have done besides READ! Played games on FB, on my Iphone, plucked grey hairs out of my head....list goes on and on!!! I am gonna have some lunch now and then hopefully open those *amn books!!!

I will try to check in regularly this week!

Happy Sunday! I just finished Intensity (step plus low hiit premix). I am a smelly, sweaty mess and in desperate need of a shower. :eek: DH and DS's birthdays are this Tuesday. I got all my shopping done for them yesterday. I got DH a Derek Jeter 3K shirt and some other Yankee gear and two books he wanted. DS got some books (have to get books ;)) and a Wii game (baseball, lol). Plus I got him two Captain America figures because he loved the movie so much.

Belinda- my eats were not so great yesterday or this morning, lol. We are grilling later if the sun holds out, so I am chalking up this weekend to a cheat weekend. Back to egg whites and spinach for breakfast tomorrow!

Helene- Yes, I do think Imax 2 is still my favorite of the Imaxes after all. I think 3 is great, but I like that we get some decent breaks in 2, lol.

Amelia- $25 is not a bad deal and it gives you a break from your MIL. With DH working late, it cannot be easy to deal with having your MIL over a lot. There is no buffer, lol.

Lori- yea at being 15 weeks! It will go quickly once Halloween comes and the holidays kick in full gear. Glad you are feeling better. What is it with guys and boobs? :rolleyes:

Hi ladies! No WO again today...I have been so damn tired lately. My body just kinda gave up. Tomorrow I'm starting the Aug rotation so hopefully that will kick my butt into gear!

Belinda, did you go to a party yesterday? How was the spa?

Helene, yeah I figured since I haven't had an active rest week since April maybe everything just caught up to me and my body is telling me to take a break? Hopefully after all the relaxing I did this weekend, it won't be hard to get back into it. What did you decide on today?

Amelia, the gym sounds like a good idea. It will help relieve stress AND get you out of the house away from the MIL...can't beat that deal ;) Hope your therapist session goes well.

Lori, welcome back! LMAO @ the bra on DS's head!!!!! It reminds me of that movie Weird Science when the guys wear bras on their heads to bring a doll to life. So stupid but I love that movie :D Hahaha, procrastination always gets in the way for me too. FB is baaaaaaaad!

Kristin, nice finds on the bday gifts! Are you guys doing anything Tues to celebrate? My mom's bday is Wed. Speaking of Halloween, they had Halloween candy out in the store already! I love Halloween but seriously, it's months away!!

Evening ladies,

Well since I'm not going to workout after all, I'll check in my lack of workout .... in my workout clothes. :eek: I wanted to do Imax 3 but I decided starting that at 8:30PM was a bit much. Even if it follows a nap (if we can call crashing on the couch a nap) :eek:

Melissa: I hadn't thought of it, but the whole lower intensity week might be a good explanation actually. I love the august rotation, good choice. I hope I remember to do it later. I had decided on Imax 3 today, but as you can see, I changed my ming. I'll just save all my energy for tomorrow morning. :D

Kristin: Imax 2 it is then. I don't know why I like 3 a little better. I think it has plenty of rest ( is the pause button on your remote broken? :p ). Great job with intensity and the selection of goodies for the boys/men in your life. Should be a fun day.

Amelia: I like the gym idea. I think you said you can stop when you want? If they have group classes it could be fun too. I just went to my first spin class this weekend. If you can pay month by month I say go for it and get away from MIL. It is absolutely a good idea.

Lori: Nice to see you around. OMG 6 pills :confused: LOL at the boobs comment. Mine aren't big enough to garner much interest. :eek: Even when I was pregnant since I got fat all over, they weren't noticeable. LOL at your choice of procrastination. Playing on the phone is def baaaaadddddd. When is your due date by the way?

Today we did go to great escapes again and played in the water quite a bit. I did have one workout: Carrying DD who was too tired from the end of the park all the way to the car. I'm thinking at least a mile with 45lbs on my back. :eek: Come to think of it, maybe that's why I'm tired.;)

OK, well I'm all caught up. This week is busy so I'll probably be scare and mostly lurking. :eek:

We had a busy weekend, went to see DH's friend in a band on Friday & out to dinner last night. My eats & drinking were off. Saturday I did ME upper body premix & today I did pilates.

Belinda - Usually spas have healthy foods:confused:

Helene - I think your hooked with spin, do I see a possible try-out in your future:)

Amelia - You should go for the gym especially if you can stop when you want.
It may be a great way to change things up too.

Iris - Good luck tomorrow! I used to love dressing up in professional clothes, I think you'll be surprised when you start how relaxed dressing at work has become.

Lori - It's nice to see you back, your almost at the 1/2 way point. I remember men getting nervous around me in my last months because my belly was so big:eek: one even asked if I were having twins:eek:

Kristin - Sounds like you picked great gifts. We're Yankee fans here with the exception of my older DS who is an Astro's fan:confused:

Melissa - I'm sure between the RT & school your running on empty, hopefully the weekend off will help.

Trish - Sorry about you Dad, but he must be so happy you and the girls are there. Enjoy your time.

Jessica - All this talk of barre workouts, I'm going to take a class at my gym tomorrow. It's been so humid so I'm guessing running isn't an option right now. One day I'll have to come to the city & spin with you:)

Cookie - I hope your settled at the beach:)

Alesia - I'm sure your weekends are very busy;)
