Evening,
Well I can report that I am feeling better. With the medication and all, it seems to make a difference. I did Disc 7 for chest, shoulders and biceps. I really don't enjoy all these pushups. Maybe because I can't do more than the first set on my toes
Iris: So how much more enabling do you need for Daytona? We went to great escapes yesterday. We have season passes and the kids love it. The pools were cold though yesterday. Yikes. Glad you enjoyed shopping with your mom. 100 push up challenge sounds good, I think there were 180 of them in various forms in Disc 7 this evening.

Well done on ME.
Amelia: That's nice that your DS can take hikes like that. How was the chest and ab ripper today? I hope it worked you good. I saw Deb mentioning protein shakes as a snack. I just saw one in Cooking light this month with tofu that sounded real good.
Trish: I like your term: tooshie doms LOL. I hope that your MIL is better quickly. You are so busy. I'm sorry to hear that you are still having trouble sleeping at times. Do you have a nice bed like Cookie? Oh, and thanks for not sharing all the details of what you had to do for your MIL. It was my lunch time, but then one of my coworkers started talking about her daughter not wanting to change their old dog's diaper......
Belinda: Your weights are amazing. I can't wait to see the strength gains in action with STS. I think they say 5%. It's true I did more cardio and yoga than weights before. But I'm really taking a liking to it now.
Lori: No way you went up to 180! Though, I did too .....twice....not pretty. I lost a good amount both times but I would like to get back to an even more fit form. Then I could eat cookies like you do for snacks

I'm glad the weather turned enough you could go run outside.
Deb: Nice multi-tasking getting disc 25 in while cooking. Sausage and peppers sound nice. I had a friend who said they never met a sausage they didn't like. Nice getting a spin class in too. I really would like to try one someday, but that means a gym membership.
Cookie: Enjoy this busy week. At least you can get some quality sleep in on the new bed
Allright, DS is at me that he is still hungry, it's 9PM and he still isn't in bed. But he just doesn't need to sleep as much as I do, too bad for me.
Have a great evening everybody. I hope I didn't miss anyone.
Ooh, I forgot, ordered myself that STS tower (they said they had a few extras). Since I am the ones taking care of the bills and it's going to go in the basement, what are my chances DH won't notice?
