Good morning,

I was so sore yesterday, never got a cardio workout in. Even my butt is sore:p My shoulders'chest & triceps are still so sore, I never had DOMS like that before. I will make up for yesterday's missed workout, not sure when. I hope I can lift my BB to do my back and biceps today:eek: I hope I didn't rip a muscle. Yesterday I did Ab Circuits Pilates-based abs, that was painful:rolleyes: Now my legs, chest, shoulders and abs are sore. I like beening sore, but not like this. I did took a nice hot bath last night, which helped a little.

I will be back with personals and to report my workout.

Belinda- But I had to check in I was laughing at the full body DOMS you are trying to develop! Those are amazing workouts you are getting in!

I did do STS Disc 8 yesterday morning. Didn't get my workout in this morn (DD up at 4am), still hoping for tonight.

Thanks for all the replies on the cheat meal question yesterday....i decided to have a cheeseburger and was able to stay within my calorie limit for the day:D went a little over my fat limit:rolleyes:

today is Legs/back and i think that dreaded abb ripper is today too:confused: that workout hurts...

Cookie-Glad to hear you love your new mattress and bed, there's nothing like a nice new mattress!!! I did yoga X yesterday...it was fun, i will try and do the whole thing next time.

Trish-WTG on your CC yesterday! Im sorry your still having sleep issue's. Have you tried melatonin or Valierian root? I believe they are both herbs and natural...I will somethimes take the valierian root to
help me sleep at night.

Debbie-Your son sounds like me at 17..in one summer i had two 'finder binders' and about 6tickets....i was a wild women behind the wheel:confused: I hope everything goes smoothly for you and it doesn't cost you too much. Good Job on your weight class.

Lori-Darn that windex, poor birdy:(. How long before you recieve the insanity workouts? I hear there 'INSANE' ;)

Belinda-Im so sorry your having a hard time with doms..ugh, im guessing your taking some ibuprophen or something? always helps me. enjoy your back and bicep workout today...if you can:(!

Good Morning!

The house was nice and quiet this a.m and i got to sleep past 9:30:) Very important! LOL Acutally, when DS woke at 8 I didn't feel to bad and I didn't know if I was going to get back to sleep or not. I was happy when I woke up again...and realized that I fell back to sleep!

Today we were planning on a run outside but I could hear the wind when I was laying in bed. When I looked out the window there were trees blow'in everywhere and there is no way, I am going out and pushing a stroller in this! Forget it! I may wait until tonight b/c the wind usually dies down or I may end up getting on the TM again. I am also going to do disc 29 or 30.

Belinda** I have some crazy DOMS in my shoulders as well. Thats kinda why I want to do legs today but I also want to go for a long run tomorrow and if I do that....then I don't want to do it with sore legs! Decisions....have a good workout!!

Helene** I know what its like to have a crazy life! I have been doing good this week though. Everything seems to be settling back down and I can get back to a normal schedule!

Deb** You must have been so mad when you got the quote back? Yeah, DS doesn't seem like the best driver:confused: Hopefully he will never hurt himself or someone else.

Ameila** Have fun with your workout today. Glad to hear you didn't go crazy on the cheat meal. Im not sure what the deal is with cheat meals. I think on the Biggest Loser, don't they have a cheat meal after weigh in night...but no one sees it? I thought I read that somewhere.

Im going to reread what Trish and Cookie wrote last night...then I will bb!

Trish** I didn't order STS cardio yet...have you? I thought about but then it left my mind again. I think it had something to do with not being around much this summer and whenever i get here, I come straight to this forum and rarely ever go anywhere else. I don't have the time I use to have! STS will be a good christmas gift though! hehe

Cookie** Glad to hear you are enjoying that new bed! I know when we got ours it was like heaven. And guess what....we tried to get pregnant for yrs and as soon as we bought the new bed, I got pregnant that same month. So watch out!!! hahaha!

Belinda, I'm sorry you are suffering so with the doms. Maybe you might want to think of a stretch or yoga wo. A dog walk? Would hate for you to end up injured. Any parties this weekend?
Amelia, so did you rip your abs? Have your children settled into a routine with school? Don't you find getting them ready for it exhausting? A whole 'nother wo.
Lori, wonder if you're getting effects from the hurricane. Wow, you've made a lot of progress on sts - 29 or 30. Don't think I have ever slept til 9:30. So envious that you do.
Did CardioFusion this morning and a short 30 min power yoga. Got to add that in since my first mtg of the morning was cancelled! I never complain when that happens. Catch ya later.

Still can’t report a workout, I was gone all day long. I just walked the dogs for 45 min. and I am getting ready to do my workout.

Iris, LOL, for the DOMS award this week. I have DOMS from hell this week.

Amelia, wtg on your run/yoga workout yesterday. Good for you having that cheeseburger yesterday, you wouldn’t believe the stuff I eat every day. I am still losing weight, all in moderations of course!

Lori, can’t wait what you think about the insanity workouts. Sad about the little birdy. Hope you get your run/disc 20 or 30 in today. I will do a long run tomorrow, have to make up for yesterday’s workout. LOL!

Debbie, awesome job with your body weight class at the gym yesterday. Sorry about the car. That’s sucks! I would be mad at my son too.

Cookie, I would say those 91 # had something to do with my doms, lol. I just couldn’t move yesterday, I still wanna keep it save. I only work out an hour a day/6days a week. Not to bad! WTG, on Cardio Fusion/power yoga this morning. We have nothing planed for this weekend, that always can change! LOL! Do you have any plans?

Helene, hope things slow down for you soon. WTG, on disc 8 yesterday. Hope you get your workout in today.

Morning Ladies,

Today's wo was YogaFit Total Core II....this was my first time and it was challenging. I'm not that great at Yoga (prefer pilates) but was able to do all of the poses. Started out with a 6 lb medicine ball, but gave that up about 1/2 way through the routine. Just couldn't hold it well...will try holding a 2.5 lb ankle weight next time although that might not be comfy with some of the floor work.

Belinda - You poor thing...what the heck kind of wo has your whole body aching this way?? I'll be sure to stay away from it:)

Hi Helene - Was wondering where you got off to. Thought you might be an MIA check-inner like me:) Hope you get that wo in tonight.

Amelia - WTG on a cheat that stays within your daily cals! Last night I needed something and ended up having a small square of dark chocolate with almonds...about 35 cals. Didn't really satisfy me, but got my mind out of the food gutter;) I've got to pick up some valierian. Sleep last night was much better, but it would definitely be good to have on hand. No after affects in the AM? Oh and the way I remember is ...its I before E except after C, so it's niece:)

Lori - ^5s to you on getting extra sleep this morning:) I don't think I'm going to order STS Cardio...Knees can't take too much jumping around anymore. I looked at some of the pics on the blog of Lorraine and I just let out a big ol' sigh:confused: Enjoy your double wo today.

Cookie - Great job on CF and power Yoga. YogaFit was much more challenging than I anticipated. Didn't feel it as much in my core as I did my glutes though. Maybe I wasn't contracting as much as I should. Will definitely be doing it again. Also am receiving YogaFit: Pure Power from Netflix tomorrow. Will review it over the weekend.

Deb - What are you up to today? Hope the car isn't stressing you too much. I loaned DD my car last night to go to Walgreen's one mile away. Two hours later she strolls in after also going to TJ Maxx (without asking). I feel it won't be long before my car is in a wreck as well. Fingers crossed

Hi girls,

I tried to post earlier but I lost it:(. I'm taking a rest day (not that I need it). This morning needed to go with younger DS to help him sign up for college. Yesterday he went with friends but didn't accomplish much. He waited till the last minute :confused: it looks like a lot of other kids did too. He has a shit schedule but maybe he'll learn. I'm back from work and going to meet my 3 SIL's for dinner to celebrate one SIL's birthday this week and mine next week. Looking forward to a drink:eek:

Belinda - Sorry to hear about your DOMS but I'm sure you'll love the results:)

Helene - I hope your weekend is better. Way to get your workout in.

Amelia - Hey not a bad cheat yesterday, looks like your workout today will cover it.

Lori - Looks like your catching up with your sleep. I hope the wind stops so you can run outside . . .we're having crappy weather this weekend too!

Cookie - Hopefully I'll have my new mattress in a couple of weeks too . . . I may never want to get out of bed though:) Looks like your keeping up with the yoga:)

Trish - I'll keep my fingers crossed for you for DD. One thing that's good is car insurance is cheaper for girls. You have the yoga bug too!

Hey girls..its kinda late but i wanted to pop in here and say that i finished my workout ealier... well except for my abb ripper, i will do it tomorrow with KenpoX. My Niece woke up from her nap right as I was finishing up with legs/back.

I got a pull up bar,yay! also got a digital scale. I love them both. My DH put the pull up bar up already. And im sure i will become obsessed with weighing all my food now:rolleyes:

Trish-I don't think i remember having any after effects of Valerian root. It just kinda relaxes me so i can get some sleep. I love dark chocolate too...as a matter of fact i buy some of those dove bliss squares and eat one or two a few times a week. so good:eek: Thanks on the spelling tip...i remember my teacher telling me that(come to think of it,lol)
