I really hope that your sinuses get better soon though. Are there allergies in this season in Germany that could make it worse for you? From your posts, it sounds like you have been suffering from this for a while though.
Lori- Your post sounded so chipper early in the morning like that. I did disc 7 this morning and I will add stability ball push-ups to the 45 degree lunges. Are you serious, on the stability ball?!!!! I'm not even sure I want to try these ever again. I could actually hurt myself I think and hit the wall, who knows! I hope you had some nice girl time in the afternoon. I had to laugh at your daughter borrowing your clothes. As long as she doesn't leave them in a rumpled heap on the floor, you will be ahead of the game
Iris- Glad you had fun at the tracks and came out ahead woohoo! Well done on BM2 double upper body. And then you had enough energy right when you got up to do GS legs. I'm impressed! This group is very motivating. It certainly helps me not slack! Still amazed that of all the thread I could have joined, I found one with two locals. It's fun. And the weather was much better today wasn't it?
Amelia- I am looking forward to your DOMS reports after P90X, and now I have to figure out what dive bombers are too

Well done on the pushups and getting your pictures taken. From your sig it looks like you have gotten so far already! These pictures will look great with your success story! And you can then start thinking of the new bathing suit you are going to have to get for the new pictures!
Cookie- well done on Viper, that's a tough one that's for sure. I'm still not getting my ab workouts in. Congrats on the new bedroom furniture. Good luck with the oral surgery if not already done. And yep, the bouncy bounce took care of the kids alright yesterday!
Trish- Hope your MIL is doing better everyday. Are you going to post pictures of the kittens so we can all go Aawwww!
Hi Maudite, Gianna and Debbie.
Got to do Disc 7 (chest, biceps and shoulders). It started with only a few pushups, almost got me excited until we got to all the ones in the middle of the disc. And forget about the stability ball ones, I'll just insert other pushups if I ever see these again! My calf is still cramped up from yesterday

so I am not sure what I should do tomorrow but cardio might not be a good idea. I was thinking legs, but I'm not sure about that either. So it might have to be a rest day. I seem to take these once every five days anyway without meaning to. Hey, that means I would get to sleep in 'til 6 tomorrow morning!

Not much else to report. FIL is leaving in Friday. He's been here almost 6 weeks. I feel quite saintly, but now it really is time for him to go even if he only comes once a year.
