I will do cardio today. Last night, I did my ab workout and a nice streatch.

Good Morning Everyone!

I had another interesting day yesterday. DH called me at work Thurs night and said that DS was burning up again. Of course we are frightened to death of temps now b/c he sezuired in March month. So off we go to the emergency room yesterday morning b/c his temp had reached 39.7...not good. We weren't waiting very long b/c a child with a high temp is seen right away, Im sure the people who had been waiting hours before us weren't impressed...not like I care. Anyway, he as tonsilitis....pretty sure I didn't spell that right!

He is going to be fine but of course I had to sleep with him last night so you can imagine how much sleep I got. I accidentally gave him a double dose of motrin last night:eek: and wanted to keep my eye on him b/c we skipped his next lot of tylenol. His temp didn't go back up until 5'ish so I just gave him some more tylenol. Hopefully by the end of today the antibiotics will have kicked in and the temp should be subsided.

I am up early to get a run in before I go to work. There are alot of festivites going on around here this weekend but I won't take in much, especially with DS under the weather like this.

I will do personnals when i get to work and relax! LOL I like the refueler I am working with today:) he is easy going and keeps his distance. Although my boss says he hangs out more with me more then he does anyone else! LOL

Also, those pesky pounds that I gained last week are gone again!:D Its probably only ever water weight? When i have a race, I eat more and workout less...and my pants get tighter. But I went for a loooong run on Thurs and when I got up yesterday morning I weighed less then i have in monthes...weird hey? I guess that means i can eat more of my b-day cake tomorrow!:p

Hey Gals!

Got out for a 45 mins interval run and got drowned in rain! I swear I could have stood on my front lawn and showered.What a sight that would have been!:rolleyes:

I also did PH yesterday and I am really feeling it in my chest today! Phew!

Belinda** What party did you have yesterday? Sounds like you had fun whatever it was! Im doing STS but have taken 2 weeks off. I am going to start back on Mon.

Ameila** Oh man...are you rotted! I was be soooo pi$$ed! So do you have cold water or no water? Atleast if you still had cold water you could boil it for a bath.

Deb** I am sooo jealous! I hope you are having fun hanging out with cathe!

Trish** Youhad to buy allll of those costumes? When DD was in dance, we had to buy the costumes but they had a someone make them so there was no fooling around, just pass over your money. They were really nice costumes as well. I hope DD has a good b-day! Do you have the tylenol ready for later??? hehe!

Cookie** How is your day going? Anything planned!?

Gianna** I have been running for quit some time so don't let my mileage scare you;) 5k is still a nice run. A normal run for me these days is anywhere from 12k to 15k. I did 18 the other day b/c I ate to much and didn't to work it off!!

Morning

After dropping the kids off at my moms house DH and I met some friends at a ATL Braves game....of course they lost:rolleyes: For some reason the braves lose every time we go to a game:confused:

Anyhoot,we had some drinks afterwards and everyone ordered nacho's...so of course i couldn't say no;) this morning im dealing with a sour tummy :( ugh

My water was on around 2pm yesterday! Atleast the neighbors now know how sensitive the well is.

Today the rotation calls for legs so since ive already done MIS legs this week, I thought i would mix it up with PLB.

Belinda-How was your cardio?

Lori-Hopefully the antibotics will kick in soon, i hope your ds gets to feeling better today. WTG on the water weightloss!! Nice job!

Trish-Glad to hear you got a dress for you DD's play. Yeah,sequined dresses are hard to come by:confused: Enjoy your rest week!!

Debbie, Cookie....im sure your living it up about right now with a workout w/Cathe and crew....have fun!

Workout done! Decided on LIS LB circuit. I added in some weights instead of the stabilty ball. Burned 450 cals in 40mins.

Evening Ladies,

Hope you're all enjoying your weekend:) Well, DD's musical and bday party are both over. YAY!! I am planning to do NOTHING but wo, clean the house & cook tomorrow. No running to the mall, grocery store or anything! I'm do to start M2 tomorrow, but I just got a new Jari Love dvd and a new pilates/band dvd and i really want to try them out...decisions, decisions:)

Belinda - Great job on your abs and stretch last night. What cardio did you do today?

Lori - How is DS feeling today? Is this his first time having tonsilitis? My BFF used to get them all the time. Yup, there were about 5 costumes, but the only one I had to buy was the dress and other small items. The other things were basic items like black leggings and yellow t-shirt...not as expensive as dance costumes;) ^5s on your weight loss;) Today was my cheat day so I had pizza and bday cake. Tomorrow is a WI day so I'm sure the scale will not be kind.

Amelia - Nice wo and cal burn today. Glad your water is back on:) Hope it will hold out till you guys can move.

Gianna - Hope you're having a great Saturday:)

Deb/Cookie - I'm sure you guys are getting your butt kicked by Cathe:)

Hey Ladies!
Deb and Cookie here thinking of you all. Our glutes are fried, our hamstrings are burnt, our triceps are mush, and our shoulders have shouldered all they can. Its been nonstop. Last night we had step and upper body class, dinner, a relay, and then stretching. Deb and I chatted til 11:30, and then were up by 6:30 am to get ready for today's torture. After breakfast we went to Cathe's club for a step class. It included parts of her upcoming sts cardio and was tough! Then we had YogaFit, which surprise, surprise I really liked. It was different from other yoga I've done in that you had to hold poses longer than usual. It was a good total body wo. After lunch we had a chance to relax a bit while listening to the Cathe 25th anniversary presentation and some trivia games. Then it was lower body challenge! Then dinner and conversation.
