COMMIT TO GET FIT AND LEAN FOR APRIL 30, 2011

Hi and good morning,

Yesterday I ended up doing TBC, didn't relized it was only 30 min. Oh well:rolleyes: my plan was to add HR on in the evening, that didn't happend:rolleyes::confused: went to Nuernberg instead, went to my moms & dads cemetary to put some flower on it. After that we went to our fav. Greek restaurant near by:p came back to the hotel, took the dogs for a long walk. I been walking A LOT lately! Yesterday, I walked for an 1 1/2 hour.

My plan is to do some cardio and get HR in. I also have to walk the dogs good, since we will get up for the airport early tonight.

Lori do you live on the east coast? Did I mentioned I am an early bird:p I am gonna have trouble with the time change for a few weeks, plus I will have internet access and I will work out on the road, LOL!

I am done with High Reps + abs, used two 9# DB's:) now you know why my suitecase is so heavy:eek: I also brought my dynabands + sliding discs;)Love that workout! Than I did Amy Bento Kick Box Surge! Love that workout, so much fun!

That is it for me today. I still have to walk the dogs twice today. I will try to be back tonight. Need to go do laundry:confused: Have a wonderful day, everyone!
 
Good Morning,

I couldn't check in from home this morning cause DS was in our bed and the only computer in the house is in our room. Love my check in time with coffee. The keyboard is to noisey and I didn't want to wake him.

Yesterday was a pretty boring day at work and I am pretty sure that today will be the same. I brought my books to do some reading but I know it will make me sleepy. I also think that DH is coming for lunch...I am hungry already. Starving lately!

My workout today was 4DS shoulders, bics and tris, 10k run outside and then LIC abs. I am really going to watch my sugar intake starting today. I haven't been good with that lately with all the sweets that are in the house.

Belinda** I live as far east as I can get:p Im not a lover of walking, unless I have someone to walk with. I use to be really close to this girl and we walked all the time. Then she moved about 20 mins away so walking isn't idea for us now. She works close by though so I get to talk to her every now and then.

Deb** Glad you found what you were looking for:D

Ameila** Sounds like you have a busy day ahead of you. You should have waited for your coffee to kick in before you posted b/c you posted on the wrong day. I will go copy and paste it for you. You did a good job with those inches lost!!! Thats awesome. Weird thing for me is the scale is up but my inches are the same. How weird is that.? I feel different around my midsection though.

Morning

Im dragging this morning and I don't understand why because i got plenty of sleep last night:confused:

Im not sure when I will have time for a workout today because I have a b-day party to go to in about an hour then there is work later this afternoon. I've got some serious bicep/tricep doms from the lean circuit on thursday:confused: The lean phase is pretty challenging so far. Speaking of the CLX...my DH measured me yesterday and im down the following:
1/4- Chest (me no likey this)
3/4-waist
1 1/2-hips
1/4-abductors ( right below the butt)
1/4 - thighs

Whats weird is i can kinda tell by looking in the mirror but im actually up 3lbs on the scale? Anyways...i plan on getting back on track with my calorie counting soon so I can get serious about this. 1500-1600 calories a day seems to be my magic # with all my workouts and working now...

ok - coffee kicking in:eek:

My Sons b-day party will be on Tuesday and Im pretty sure I will have to do Donuts on Wednesday morning...:rolleyes:

Belinda-Just reading your post makes me exhausted:confused: I bet you will be glad when things calm down a bit. The next few days are a little crazy but I would still love to see if we could meet up when you arrive in ATL. PM me...k

Today I did M3W4 shoulder, bi's & tri's. One more to go and I'm done with STS 3 mo. rotation. My arms look better but the lower 1/2 ??? I think all my sweets end up there.

Belinda - You always make the most of your time . . . great job getting your walks in:) Are you really carrying dumbbells in your suitcase:eek:
