Hey to everyone, after the kids get on the school bus im off to the park for a CC, then its time to cut the grass...so lots of calories being burned today I will have to wait until DH goes to work this evening before i can cut grass though...it wakes him up.

I need to do a full body but my WI is on saturday and weights makes my weight go up slightly for a couple of days...so my plan is: today cardio, tomorrow cardio/abbs then saturday a full body and sunday a rest.

Amelia: Sounds like a good plan. I am still not feeling well and couldn't get up with the alarm this morning. So I still didn't get a workout in Now it's starting to put me in a bad mood which is a sure sign that I need to get one in!!! Guess I'll just get ready and take my bad mood to work Allright, I'm not that bad I swear......

Cookie: that really was the earliest you have posted in a long time! Must have been nice to get home early like that.

My parents are here for two weeks. Eating with them around is a huge challenge! I am failing it so far.

Hi,

Sorry, I didn’t check in while I was in the states. DH and I worked our butts off every day. We had a lot of damage on our roof, carpets and A.C. The roof was over $12,000. Thank goodness the insurance covered everything. We had to rip out all the carpets in the house, since I hate carpets we decided to tile all the bedrooms (4 bedrooms), they were moldy. My living room and dinning room was already tiled. We hired someone from Home Depot, wasn’t cheap let me tell you! The stress came with the mess and dust from the tiles. My house looked like on the clean house show, a total mess. We had stuff in the living room and dinning room for 5 days, I was going nuts. I hate messes. I was throwing so much stuff out, DH looked at me like I was crazy,LOL! I was tried of boxing it up (I boxed up all my dishes and décor stuff), now I have everything in boxes. No more dusting for the kids. At first I didn’t wanted to box anything up, but I think I already told you guys at first DD and her boyfriend wanted to move in the house. I wasn’t to crazy about the thought from the beginning. DH talked me into it. Well turned out DD’s BF wanted his family to stay almost every weekend, that didn’t click with me at all. We have a security system in the house, we can not give out the code to anybody otherwise the insurance will not pay us a dime in case of a brake in. We are connected directly to the fire department and the police station. We didn’t feel safe giving the code to this family; I don’t know them that well. I was afraid on all the damage they all would cause to the house. People usually don’t take care of your stuff the way you do! Our A.C wasn’t working when we arrived, the next day we had someone come out and fix it.
Not sure what the roof looks like, we had to leave on Tuesday. They still worked on the roof that day. I am not worried about that, since we have a 10 year warranty on the roof.
I still left a little mess (stuff that needed to be packed up) for the kids. Oh, well! I worked my butt off for over 2 ½ weeks. I did get my hair done on Sunday, I love it! And I did a little shopping on Sunday in Banana Republic (outlet). Love that store! I think it’s my favorite store now! I am not even gonna post how my money I spent, LOL! Let’s just say, I filled up 2 giant suitcases. I came with empty suitcases.

I did walked the dogs today, not sure if I have the energy to do more?

BTW, I lost weight in the states. Not sure how I did it I only ran once last Monday, I did CCV!. Maybe it was all the stress I was going thought?

Amelia, enjoy your CC today I will start my workouts tomorrow!

Thanks Helene! Enjoy the time with your parent. I ate out almost every day in EL Paso Don't worry about your eating.

Good morning girls,

Taking a total body weight class today & CC this afternoon. I'm off today & tomorrow hope to pack and get my house in order because my Mom's staying with the kids next week.

Belinda - WELCOME BACK!!!!!!!!!, OMG what an ordeal. At least it's behind you. On the postive you lost weight, have a new hairdo & wardrobe That's strange about DD's BF's family wanting to stay at your home every weekend

Amelia - Have fun with CC today. One thing it must be cooler to mow the grass later in the day.

Helene - Your vacation sounded like fun. It's so hard to get in the swing of things after vacation It is hard to eat well when you have visitors.

Lori - How is DS today . . . hopefully he's worn out Your story reminds me of the time my 2 boys poured a bottle of syrup on the floor and ice skated. My DH & next door neighbor were outside and heard me screaming at the top of my lungs. I still think the neighbor must think I'm crazy

Cookie - Did you enjoy your early night? Hopefully you were able to relax . . . I would have watched all the shows I DVR and never get to see

My kids have an early release day today...they'll be out in about and hour. Then there off tomorrow too. They got invited to there grandma's for tomorrow night...yay,another night to myself

Good morning ladies. My Internet is down at home so I am just quick checking in from my phone at work . The cable guy is coming tomorrow so hopefully I will be up and running before the wedding. Mom is doing better her WBC came back up to a normal level but I hAve a feeling we might watch the wedding from inside. They are getting married at congress park outside in Saratoga. Ok I'll catch up with you girls later

Hi Girls!

Late checkin for me I set my alarm for 6 but after it went off I rolled over and went back to sleep. When I looked it was 6:57. I debated getting up and working out for 7:30-8:30 but I decided to wait until tonight. I wasn't up very long before I heard little feet anyway.

Belinda** How is your back now? I don't blame you for not wanting to give out your security code to strangers. Not to mention, why does his family need to stay there most weekends? Don't they have a place to stay? One of my coworkers was telling me a story the other day. He rented out a house he owns in the city. Normally he rents it to collage kids for $300/m per person. He rented it to a grown women, who was married and her husband came to visit every weekend but he didn't know her husband was there every weekend or he would have been charging her more rent money for the heat bill. When he told her that she needed to move out b/c he wanted to sell the house, she cancelled the last check she wrote for him, meanwhile she was there the best part of a month and the house was a disaster! So you are best to just letting people you know rent your home. And your right, people don't take care of things that don't belong to them.(except for Ameila...cause I think she rents!) LOL
I love Banana Republic. I did some shopping there when I was FL. It was my fav place!

Ameila** Good job with the run! Im not sure which one I will be doing when I get off, but it will be a CC thats forsure.

Iris** ah...ya got the internet blues! LOL We pay for wireless and it doesn't even work in our home. DH keeps saying he will call...but he never does.

Helene** I haven't done a Insanity workout since last week sometime. When my race is over with I will play with them a bit more. I can't see me sticking to the rotation though b/c I don't like repetitve videos. I get to bored and then I end up dreading them. I had to laugh when I read that you were failing with the eating! haha! Im only like that when I visit my parents...not when they visit me.

Deb** Oh...DS was a angel again today when he woke up. When we went to the sitters he started crying but when I left he was in the window blowing kisses to me. I know I complain alot....but he isn't allll bad Just mostly!! haha! Have a good workout today!

I just did Total Body Sculpting, didn’t had the energy to do something else.

Debbie, have fun with your TB workout and run today. Isn’t that strange, that DD’s BF’s family wants to stay every weekend? I wouldn’t like it. I am glad everything is now behind me. Did I mentioned I lost my sketchers on the airplane, the airline put them on belt with all the suitcases, I will bet someone took them. If they don’t find my shoes, they will pay for new ones.

Amelia, nice cal burn today. That is awesome, girl.

Iris, hope your internet is up and running again. Came home yesterday and my internet was down. Awww.

Lori, I don’t get it either on my DD’s boyfriend’s family wanting to stay very weekend. I sure wouldn’t like having my DH’s mom or brothers around nonstop. My DD is still young, I think one of those days she gets tired of his family being around all the time. My husband at first tried to convince me it was ok for Patrick’s family to move in; I thought his was going mad. He was telling me everything was going to be fine. I couldn’t sleep at night, was thinking about all the damage they would do to our house. I love BR, they got cute cloth and the prices aren’t to bad.

Not sure if I will be awake to check in again. Can't seem to stay awake
