Im back to lifting weights now..doing two full body workouts and four cardios a week,two days off. those Jari Loves you sent me are coming in handy

. I don't like the scale though....i think the weight lifting is causing me to hold water!

Today im doing a short run on the treadmill then maybe a powerwalk to finish it off. today is my 'sunday' since DH is off on tuesdays and wednesdays. so its my cheat day...and OMG do I need one, the last two days have been pretty hard-ive really had to kick up my will power

but i made it

since last thursday im down about 5lbs of water weight.
