Today will be Legs and Glutes....and Day 1 Week 4 of the P/U Challenge. And then off to work (IMAGINE THAT)....lol

Iris-Enjoy your workout.

Today i plan on doing a full body workout, and finishing the yard later. My WI was disappointing. Up 1.2...kinda frustrating:( Im not going to let it bother me though...maybe i will lose next week.:)

Hi everyone,

Garage sale is over:):) I made about $150 really not worth all the effort I put into it:confused: I sold everything for between $1 - 5. Actually there wasn't a lot of traffic. I gave my DS a big chunk of $$'s for helping so not left with much. My older DS had a lot of Ed Hardy & True Religion jeans and no one even looked at them . . . maybe I'll try and sell them for him on ebay or craigslist.

It's very quiet around here but it looks like everyone is busy. I'm going to take a nap and do a short run on the TM when I wake-up:)

Iris - Have fun with legs & glutes today.

Amelia - That could easily be water weight, not to worry. Have fun with your total body workout.

Lori - Have fun with your run today. Does your garmin measure distance or only HR?

Helene - Walking in Disney is a workout. My legs are usually so tired, I always wonder how the people who don't workout do it?
