Today i will do muscle max...i may get in a walk this evening on the treadmill. Were suppose to go out for supperer somewhere this evening...still deciding on where.

Yesterday was bit of a long day but today shouldn't be quit as bad. I came in at 11 and I am going home soon. Hoping to tackle a workout (INSANITY style!) or I may wait until after dinner b/c I don't have to be back here until 1:30'ish:confused: Really hoping my flight is early!

Iris** I sooo hate when that happens. I can see why you had to ditch the computer and go for a run!

So I have decided to chuck out the money for a Garmin watch:) My MIL is in the city and she can pick one up at Cosco. They are on sale for $179. I like knowing how fast I am going and how far:D 4 weeks from today my race will be over and done with and I will be hobbling up and down the steps for 3 days after...unless I do more insanity and it whips me into kick arse shape???

Amelia, MM does that to us. Did you get your walk in? My DH and I usually do one on Sunday late afternoon/evenings, but friends stopped by.
Iris, I lost so many posts last wk, but it was cause of my stupid, annoying, aggravating, and completely unreliable internet satellite. Don't think they'll call me to be in an ad for them.

Today was Imax 3 and then YogaFit's Total Body Blast. Thinking of ordering that shoulder yoga dvd someone mentioned on the rehab thread. It bothers me even when sleeping. Guess I should just admit to getting older, but still don't want to. Oh, did a few pullups on the bar to check it out. Hoping to hold off for sts cardio before doing sts again, plus that would probably help my shoulder if I wait, but I am itching to do it again. Why is it so hard to stick to a plan?
