Morning

Today is 4DS Chest, back,bicep and triceps. Then i will do a cardio on the treadmill,probably CC! Im not 100% better but im improving...im not putting off my workouts anymore!;)

im going to go read yesterdays thread...BRB

Trish-yes,that B&G's will gets the job done in the bun area ouch:confused:. Did you download a new itrain for yesterday elliptical workout?

I have a busy day at work and my Mom's meeting me at one of my stores today. So, not sure if I'll be able to do my workout:(

Cookie - So sorry to hear about your MIL. My thoughts are with you and your family. The way they do MMA at our gym is each song has a different routine. It is a series of punches and kicks.

Belinda - I didn't realize your infection could have been life threatening:( I'm so glad you finally received the help you needed.

Amelia - You must be feeling better, you have a hard workout ahead of you:)

Lori - I hope you're feeling better and were able to see the Dr. I also can't believe you had snow yesterday. I hope you'll be able to run outside today:) Our weather is back to normal again in the 60's.

Trish - Sorry to hear about your MIL. I miss doing B&G. Have you put STS on hold for now?
 
Morning Ladies,

I was too tired to get my cardio in last night so I did my knee exercises instead. I got up this morning and did CC#5. I did 5.5 miles in about 40 minutes. I was too lazy to put on my HRM but I'm guesstimating that I burned approx. 400 or so calories. This evening I might do a little pilates or ab work or just hit the sheets early for a change!

Cookie - So sorry to hear about your MIL. Big Hugs to you and the family. Great job on the plyo work yesterday!! I'm so envious of anyone who can do plyo!

Belinda - Big Hugs to you, too! Hope you are back with us soon. I just read your post on the OD and it sounds so terrifying. Glad things are getting better.

Amelia - Glad you're feeling better! Enjoy your workout...sounds like a killer! I never did get around to downloading a new iTrain wo but I did read that they have two new artists on their newest downloads - one country and the other rock, I think. I like the guy (rock)...not too crazy about the lady (country).

Deb - Hey there! STS is officially on hold for at least another week. At that point, I will decide whether to continue or do a FF rotation. I don't want to jeopardize my PT with any UB weight work and will probably have to start back with light weights. Surprisingly, I didn't realize how hard it would be for me to stick with a 3-month program. With all of life's interruptions and my injuries, I just couldn't stay on track. So, maybe I'll try again in a month or two. But, knowing the way my mind works, I'll be back at STS next week:rolleyes:. What makes sense to me one week never seems to make any sense the following week!

Lori - What do you have going on today? Did you do any weight work yesterday?
 
Workout done! I finally decided on doing 4DS chest,shoulders,triceps then i did cardio coach V 4. Burned 503cals:) now i will have to wait and see how my body reacts to it, i want to get a dogwalk in later.

Trish-Great job with your CC this morning!! Love that volume! Is itrain the same as itread? Ive got a couple of itread i downloaded last year...Grace was the instructor, i liked them alot...she was very upbeat!

Debbie-Enjoy the day with your mom! im kinda feeling better, i may get something for nasal congestion later at the store,gotta go get some more produce anyway(it never last long enough)

Eating still going well! Im eating my lunch right now, brown rice,tuna and some organic cream of mushroom soup...all stirred together It SOOOOOOO good! My DH thinks im crazy everytime i eat it:rolleyes: i will also have a apple.

Thanks for your thoughts. Tomorrow we're going to clean out her apartment. Hopefully, we get it all done in one day! Services will be on Saturday.
Belinda, we're missing you. How's the recovery going?
Amelia, you sound like me when I find something I enjoy eating. My family laughs at me all that time over so many things. I provide plenty of fodder. Glad you're feeling better.
Deb, did you have a nice day with your mom? Did you two end up shopping together? How is MMA different than a kickboxing class? Did you take a rest day? I didn't think you ever did that!
Lori, how are you feeling? Hope it's doing better.
Trish, think you're smart to put sts on hold for now. I'm with you on being beat. Gonna log off and go to bed!
Oh, wait, I did LIC premix 1 and med ball abs this morning. If I get up early enough tomorrow I want to do sts. I'll get a wo in anyway, just lugging and moving furniture and things. Decided I want to do B&G on Friday, since you've been chatting about it. Another one that I really really like how it works.
