Good morning girls,

I hope Belinda is getting the help she needs today, I feel so bad for her:( Both Belinda & Lori are MIA:)

I'm going to the gym today to do kickbox/MMA class. I also have to work today. Not much else going on.

Anybody remember when Lori is suppose to come back?

Today is a 4DS boot camp and shoulders,core and calves.

I was digging through my dvds yesterday and completely forgot about a kickbox workout that i have(it was misplaced) . The two instructors are Chinesee Martial Arts Champions, Tiffany and Max Chen. Im going to preview it sometime today!

Hi everyone,

Belinda's DH posted on the OD forum that she did need surgery and that she is doing well. I feel so bad for her :(:(:( but now she can start her recovery process.

Amelia - I thought Lori said she would be away for 10 days. She probably be home any day now. I'm sure she's been running (LOL) around FL for the last week:)
