I did PH today and I remembered why I don't do this one more often. It is one tough workout!! I can't get thru the leg work without taking a break and I have to go much lighter on the other body parts as well. Whew!

I agree....it is tough and the music just makes you want to push. I guess it must be the enduranced based working out that makes you have to go lighter than usual on the weight amount...:)..Carole
 
its the low-ends and pulsing reps. the legs especially kill me,but b/c of all the different tempos and long sets its best to go lighter on this workout. i tried it once with 50lbs barbell and hurt my back pretty bad, now i stick with 36lbs for legs and 25lbs for upper body.
