Comment & Advice on weight loss

Hi Everyone,
This is my first post, l have been a Cathe fan for more than six months now. I came accross her tape on video fitness and l bought body max, step heat, and cuircut max all the tapes were great. l appreciate the dripping not sweat after workout. My comment is why does FIRM video have so much publicity, and so much hype about it but when you tried it, it is so terrible.
I bought their new firm pack set with the fanny lifter the exercise to me seem to be for the seriously over weight people not for the advance.
Also l need help losing weight, l would like to loss twentyfive pounds, hate salad, love rice. l worked out at least five times a week but still no changes . I have been 175 for almost a year now without any changes . I have a lot of tape collection such as tae bo, karen Voight, Cathe, Gilad, Firm. Please advise.
 
Hi Fit38, I'm no expert, just so you know that up front....I don't have a lot of answers, in fact I have more questions for you. You say you work out at least 5 times a week, how often & to what intensity? You may not be working long enough or hard enough.

What is your diet like? Ok, you hate salads, you can eat clean without eating like a rabbit. But you do need to eat vegitables--fresh if at all possible. Are you drinking calorie free drinks? Drinking 8-8oz glasses of water per day?
