I have been working out with Cathe for about 2 years. In June I accepted the no sweets challenge (and won!), but also started walking 4 miles a day with a neighbor. This allowed for no Cathe time.
I have recently fought bronchitis and a bad sinus infection and have decided to stop walking (too early in the morning...5AM and too cold here...20-30 degrees...and too dark outside!!).
I have none of the strength that I had built up from working out with Cathe for so long earlier. My husband is building me a workout room in our basement, and Monday I am back into the groove. I plan to do this month's rotation, since I have most of the workouts.
I have about 20 pounds to lose, and I know that I can do it with Cathe's help, but I am wondering if I should do each workout in its entirety next week, or do some of the shorter premixes instead, to start back into a routine. I don't want to overdo it and then lose my focus from being too sore, tired, etc.
I should also mention that I am still on antibiotics (almost done), and still have some of the bronchitis cough.
What do you think?
