Coming back after brief illness...

Hi Cathe
I've got pneumonia, haven't been able to workout for 2 weeks, can't start for probably at least another week. My question is what workouts should I start out with when I resume? I'm thinking strength training because it's not aerobic (as much) as more cardio based types. I was also thinking "flex train" and the like. Maybe even RWH upper body circuit, modifying the cardio to a much lower level.
I posted on the "open discussions" forum regarding how basically depressed I am about not working out. I've never had to go this long without being able to do something. Not to mention I haven't been able to ride my beloved horse either :(
