HSTA: Warm up and lower body with cardio blasts
Lowmax: Blasts only
Kickmax: Leg Condtioning Drills and Stretch

All told, this combo is about 80 to 90 minutes long. I lost track of time, and it went really fast. I have a great lower body burn right now!

Thank you Gretchen. Another great idea. I'm not too keen on KM leg cond. drills, but I could leave them off and still get a solid hour workout. You've actually given me tons of new ideas, thanks a lot.

I like approaching workouts this way. If you're so inclined, please share the combos you create!

I've actually posted a couple on different threads(this forum). I did a new one last night. It was 10 pm, so I didn't really want to kill myself. It started out like yours: HSTA step and lower body premix (I modified this by doing the cardio on 6 inches and no weight for leg presses), then I tacked on TBS(the new dvd) doing only the upper body exercises. I modified this part by using heavier weight, doing the push ups with my toes on the ball(very tough btw), and repeating the shoulder segment. Total workout time was about 45-50 minutes.
