Combined Gliding & legs and glutes

Hi all,

Yesterday I did the Mindy Gliding lower body workout
and the ankle weight exercises from legs and glutes.
This seems like a good combination to me and I feel it today
but in a good way.
 
i have tried mindy mylrea and have strength express as part of a CIA series. i didn't think much of gliding and thought it was another attempt to squeeze money from unsuspecting folks,BUT i was seriously mistaken in strength express and awesome strength were she uses paper plates(i guess before she marketed the gliders)and OMG!!!!! my glutes were singing. i eat my hate on thinking bad things about gliding. i plan on getting just the gliders and maybe one or two videos but since i have strength express, i just want them to use with that video and do some more work on my own with them.

Thanks for the idea Cindy! I need to dig my Gliders out. I, too, think they are a great piece of equipment and hit the muscles deep. I love L&G's so this looks a like a winning combo. Thanks again!

I bought the home gliding kit with a set of gliding
discs and 3 workouts on one DVD. The lower body workout
has some very challenging exercises for the legs and
glutes AND some of the abdominal work is intense too.
Planks with feet on the discs makes the moves much
harder, my core really feels this. I often use the
gliding discs in other workouts that include lunges.
For me it was a very worth while purchase.
