Just got my catalogue in the mail and noticed that powerstrike is available from them. i love kickbox so need advice: which do you recommend: PowerStrike, TaeBo or Kelly's Cardio step Kick Box.

I like an advanced workout and also do like the little step kick box I've done, but have heard great things about PS. If I could only add one of the above to my collection, which would it be?

Hi! I do not have powerstrike, but I have Kelly's Cardio Step box 2. It took me a few times to get down the moves, but each time I do it I love it even more! Her choreography is different than Cathe's, but a nice change! I think its just as challenging, and alot of fun! And I only really like a few other instructors besides Cathe. So, even though I haven't tried the others, my vote would be for Kelly!!!!

Based on what I have heard from the forum peeps, you definitely want to add Powerstrike to your collection.
