I keep trying to get onto their website, and I keep getting a server error. Is anyone else trying to get on the website without any luck?

I don't have any problem. They did just update their website - maybe there's a problem with your browser.

OH my God! I thought I was the only one having that problem. I don't know what else to do. I had an MSN Tech try to figure it out and the had no answers. They went through every step they could think of and came up with nothing. So if you figure out how to fix this please let me know. maymay

Just got on, and it has a brand new look, so I would suggest making sure you have the latest version of whatever browser you're using, and try again. Maybe clear your temporary files and delete any cookies from their old site too. Sometimes that's all it is. The new look of their site is GREAT, by the way!!

I just tried it and got the same message. Something must be wrong on their end. I was in the past week maybe 2, and it worked then.

I used another browser and was able to get on the website. Someone asked Collage about the issue, and the rep said that there are still problems. Oh, well!
