I don't ever drink coffee (and never have---unless you count the really milky, sugary stuff my dad let me dip my cookies in when I was a kid!).
I drink green, white and red teas, green tea concentrate (one dropperful has the same antioxidant properties as 15 glasses of green tea, with no caffeine), water (lots!), soy milk (not often) and my morning smoothie (pomegranate juice, aloe vera juice, goji berries, maca root, hemp protein, Vegan Complete meal replacement/protein powder, flax meal, frozen berries). That's about it for usual beverages.
I also sometimes pick up a natural berry-flavored, green-tea-based soft drink at the local health food store.
