I went to the CC website today after reading everyone's rave reviews about volume 8. So I put 8, 7 and 3 in my cart. (I already have 4, 5 and 6 which I purchased recently.)So anyway I wanted to pay with a couple of $25.00 AMEX gift cards but couldn't figure out how to do it. I kept getting errors or a declined status.

I eventually emailed Coach Sean asking if he accepts these cards and how to input them so that they will work. So he writes back and sends me a link to use in order to make my purchase. He was only charging me $25.00 since I would not be able to enter both g/c #'s in one visit and he didn't want to inconvenience me so I was getting $29.xx worth of work outs for $25.00. All he asked for is that I introduce a friend to CC (which I am going to!).

Okay so as if that's not nice enough.....

I follow the link and make the purchase. It works perfectly. I get a receipt and get the links to my 3 downloads. A few minutes later I get an email from Coach Sean saying he made a mistake and did not enter the $25.00 amount in the link so I was not charged for the downloads and he said he is not going to charge me now since it was his mistake!!!!

HOW INCREDIBLY SWEET IS THIS MAN!?!

He is absolutely AMAZING!

I really want to send the guy a check for the $25.00! I feel so bad that I'm getting these work outs for free!
 
I had mentioned the Cathe girls in my thank you email to him. I also offered to pay for my work outs and he just emailed me back with this....

"I appreciate your willingness to correct my mistake. Just thank all the girls on the Cathe forum for generating so much 'feel good' towards Cardio Coach."

Any messages you'd like for me to relay in return? ;) :)

He is the best! After my CC bike workout this morning, I wrote him an email too! Just to express my opinion that the CC idea is genius! And I too mentioned all the Cathe.com fans who told me about him! :)

Have you read his Bio on his site?! After reading it, I want to support even more! He sounds too good to be true.

I haven't had a chance to shop for a trainer yet so I'm doing all my workouts on my elliptical, I do plan to get one, though. I need to find a way to cross train. I'll never be a stepper like you, although I do look totally crazy when I do it. :p :7
 
Little does he know he makes us all "feel good." I posted some place else about him giving me a $25 gift certificate because I had already purchased volume 8 and could not get in on the deal going on. He said to play Santa in June or do whatever I wanted with the gift certificate, so of course I bought him (Just kidding). I bought volume 1 and gave my sister the rest of the gift certificate.
 
I was ignorant about the whole Cardio Coach process but Sean was great. Fist, I messed up the downloads and he sent me the workouts on cd, then the cd didn't work on my macbook pro... After days of messing around I finally thought to delete all the old cc stuff from my desktop and re-download the workouts. No problem. When I didn't know how to get the files from my desktop into iTunes a lady at the Apple store told me all I had to do was drag the file icons from my desktop down to my iTunes icon and, voila. Because of my fear of technology I made a simple process difficult and, though I'm sure I tested Sean's patience, I never felt a hint of annoyance from him. It's going to be sad when CardioCoach becomes so big Sean won't be able to make time to communicate one-on-one with his customers anymoe. The personal touch is so nice and so rare.
 
Coach Sean tried to kill me tonight. Aahhhh, gotta love the man. Somehow all the sweat and lack of oxygen just goes away when he whispers in my ear "30 seconds more" Somehow though, his last 30 seconds always seems to take 10 mins!!!! I also told him I found him on the Cathe boards. I, too, wonder if he's taken a trip over here yet!!

I am now the owner of 5,7,8 and Pump. I will be getting the remainders when I get paid again. I am a glutton for punishment. (at least from a good lookin' man anyway) I also think its very cool how he responds so quickly and personally to everything. Talk about customer service!!! But its doing things like that that will help a business grow in the long run. Word of mouth can be the best positive or negative influence a business has. We also get the same good service here from Cathe/SNM and good service will get my business anytime, esp when it is someone trying to do it on their own, instead of some big corporate mess. Ya gotta respect people who do what they love and do it well without compromise and stick to their guns. If more people/business were like that......
