I am on cloud nine!! Tonight I asked DH if he could see any changes in my back and he said yeah, I see a V shape!!! I am so elated. Some of you know, I posted the other day I did my first unassited chinup. Even more exciting today when I did one I expected to get to that sticking point ( where I pause and have to give it an extra little Umff to get up)there was no sticking point. I was at the top before I knew it. Of course I thought this meant I could do two in a row. NOT-could only get half way. But still an exciting night. I have to share with you all, because no one else understands how big a deal this is for me!!!!
