Well, yesterday was not so good, but we move on! Yea, I only had a sliver of cake, but we went out for Chinese food for dinner. Still, that wasn't too band as I had chicken and broccoli. Then, when I was relaxed , the tortilla chips started calling me again.I answered. DD resturned home after a week working at Girls Scout camp and we were chatting and I was mindlessly eating. Um, heavy on the mindless as it was Fri eve....

So, today is a new day. Have a great one all!

Well, this is SUPPOSED to be the clean diet forum!;) Welcome! Please join us!

Phyllis, I am feeling your pain! We have company for the weekend and I thought I'd be a good hostess. DDs and I made snickerdoodles. Wow - Yummy simple cookie. I'd forgotten how much I love them. I made homemade french toast (w/ homemade bread!) for b.fast today. Not to pat myself on the back too hard, but I make the world's best french toast. I did fairly well - I had 1 slice with a banana and DDs apple skins.

AM snack didn't happen but luch was a bowl of tortilla soup. So good - and CLEAN!

Then the snickerdoodles. they are bite-size and oh, so hard to resist.

Our company has plans away tonight so won't be cooking a decadent feast. Will probably keep it simple for DH and me and DDs. Soup, salad, along those lines.

Last night I had TONS of energy so I did DrillMax cardios followed by Imax 3 cardios. Not sure what got into me but it was awesome!

Well, hope you all are doing cleanish/tidyish. I'm aiming for sparkling clean for the rest of the day to make up for my 'doodles. Good luck to me!

Hi guys!

I like today's title because it is just oh so appropriate for me the past two days.

Phyllis - It could have been much, much worse right? Tomorrow is a new day.

Robin (Jazcam) - Welcome! Yeah, well, we tend to aim for "tidy" on the weekends around here lol.

Kate - High fives!!!!!! I love when you have a workout like that...I had one a few days ago. After all that, I don't think I'd worry about the snickerdoodles.

Well, I've been "tidyish" the past two days. My boss took me to a fabulous Italian place and the food was wonderful. I had Chicken Marsala, salad with vinegar, no pasta, no bread, but I did have a glass of wine and we shared some calamari (the only fried food I will eat...I can't resist it). I brought most of the chicken home and am having the leftovers with a bunch of grilled veggies now. The rest of the day was kind of the usual. Unfortunately, I didn't have the energy this morning for SB. Every cell in my body felt so completely drained that I barely got through the warm up before I decided it would be a rest day...oh well.

We're showing again tomorrow so eating clean won't be a problem. At horse shows, you usually don't get to eat at all LOL!

Have a great night everyone!

Wendi, that's so funny about the calamari! I have not eaten any yet but that would be my fried food of choice. DF has been craving wings but hasn't given in. I can pass up french fries, fried mozarella, etc., but not sure I would want to pass up calamari!
